I love how easy to use it is!! I can gather many different file types (including emails) in one location, and I know exactly where to go to find them later. On the off-chance you cannot find something, the search functionality is great. I spend most of my time either adding files, messages, notebooks or links. I don't often use the time or billing sections, but I can see how they would be useful to other people.
The only thing I would like to see improved/changed is I would like the ability to have single sign on with some other common tools, such as the atlassian suite. If people in my company did not have to have ANOTHER login to another product then so many more people would use it. Invoicing is almost embarrassing in its looks, almost no customization, and zero financial reporting.

Teamwork Projects is just the cloud-based project management solution you will need to collaborate and integrate all the activities/tasks by teams in your project. I like the way it's easy to use and it's friendly user interface. It's robustness in functionality of tasks and projects is worth mentioning.
Save for the fact that you cannot select multiple tasks at once, I have hardly found any faults with my experience in using Teamwork Projects.

This is not open source software. This is the only disadvantage from my side otherwise this is a quite good software which should be used in every organization
We did not solve any problem with this software but we can see the performance of all the employees which employee gave us the benefit and which does not, with the help of its functionality that is a billable and non-billable check box.
Teamwork has a simple sign up process and allows for managing multiple projects in one space, easily.

We're able to now manage multiple projects in one platform and keep track of conversations about our projects so that everyone is on the same page at all times.
It allows maintaining the pace of work in an orderly manner even in complex circumstances, exercising as a means of control and monitoring.
Easy and intuitive to use, employees then find added value. Different visualizations for the projections, accommodates all tastes. It really allows to monitor progress and that the collaborators stick to the planning.
Fundamentally, planning of joint activities with remote teams, depending on a central office and that it is not always possible to physically accompany them.
This is a great project management tool for teams. I have multiple collaborators inside the organization and it provides an amazing paper trail and accountability system to keep projects on track.
Sometimes the account settings can be difficult to find. I would also prefer the Google Drive integration to begin at the first level versus the upgraded level.
My remote team is able to collaborate on projects and keep things moving along smoothly. We have completed every project on time and do not need a CRM on top of TW. It served as our in house CRM.
I like the task lists and the task boards. Also the fact that I can easily forward from Outlook.
I dislike the way the notebooks work. It's easy to lose data, and the formatting is limited.
Keeps information on a given project/topic in a common place that is easy to access and share. Improves our communication.

I wish there was better time tracking, invoicing and reporting capabilities. I have to use other platforms for those tasks and I wish it was all in one. I also wish Teamwork did a better job of helping to onboard new clients who aren't super familiar with PM software.

Board could be more automated or get a trigger to start/stop time tracking.
We are using Teamwork Project as our main project management tool for agency work and for software development. Board view is perfect for our everdyay use. We can see instantly who is working on wich task and whats going on in the project.
I love the task lists, collaboration, notebooks, messages, milestones--pretty much everything. It allows me to keep track of everything our team is doing, all in one place!
I wish there were a few more training opportunities on how to use the features. I feel like I could optimize my setup better if i knew more.

Teamwork has assisted with my workflow and client management. Before clients would just upload items to a portal that would just be for download/upload documents, but now I have a dynamic solution that allows my team to be there for the clients in more ready capacity.
The granularity of control over just about every aspect was just what we were looking for for our digital agency. We want clients involved, but not THAT involved in the day-to-day. Teamwork allows us to share what we want and keep private what we want across the platform. The chat and ticket desk integrate well making this a pretty good solution for our company. Zapier integration allows us to automate things like billing with our invoicing software, FreshBooks too.
The API isn't fully finished limiting what we can do with external programs. more Zapier integration would be great. Don't really have much to complain about though.
Time tracking, project organization, ticket and task management with manager overview. Teamwork allows us to stay more cohesive as a team. We're still working on getting better, but this is the best solution we've used to date.
I use Teamwork with several different clients. For each case the benefits are centralized tracking of projects with a collaboration tool that is robust but simpler than other tools like MS Project and Sharepoint. It's easy to track conversations/messages, set milestones, receive updates and view status on dashboards. I like the search feature. I've found it to be fast and will show you results specific to the areas they are in within your project. The Task Lists Report is readily available, with filters that help specify criteria for your reports.
Like anything there's a learning curve. I was primarily an MS Project person, working in IT Infrastructure and Operations. Now I work with agencies who use tools like Teamwork to manage projects. When you're used to Gantt charts and a more "formal" method of project management, you need to take a moment to see how you can fully utilize Teamwork's Project management features. You can export data to Gantt charts and create a Gantt Chart view of a project. Take the time to get familiar with Teamwork. I'm not massive fan of the messaging tool, threads can become long. I do like getting email notifications that I can reply to, which automatically updates the thread within Teamwork.
Working with different agencies, I've found it encouraging to see how many are using Teamwork, including myself. In each case Teamwork is providing a centralized space that allows tracking of projects, communication with team members, setting of milestones, all bringing accountability and transparency to a project and team members.
