The fact that we can see the mail subscribers and when they open the mail.
Didn't find any. Working great until now.
To keep a track on the services.
I'm able to customize emails to my liking and create lead generation pages for Facebook and such from my dashboard
I love all the options, but having so many options with a human to sorry you is sitting and overwhelming. Tutorials get you to the first step, but not other steps
It helps different groups (audiences) organized so I can keep track of who's getting what and when.
I like the fact that it is very user friendly. It is very intuitive and the experience is very seamless. As a beginner, I had no issues understanding how the product works.
There aren't a lot of issues with Mailchimp. Personally, I found the experience pretty smooth. Although, it would be nice if it was possible to make the mails even more personalised with special fonts and customized settings.
Mailchimp has helped me communicate with the users in an easy way. The functions benefited the business and made our efforts more productive. This helped in increasing our business productivity.
The best thing about MailChimp is the easy to use interface.
Well there is nothing to dislike about MailChimp. All the features are really good.
The mails and landing pages are at a same place
Most of the tools are already available on MailChimp's free plan, and you are allowed to send 10,000 emails to 2,000 of your subscribers, which is genuinely an awesome deal, in my opinion. It also has a clean interface, and navigating from one tool to another is fairly simple as well.
Mailchimp recently removed the email scheduling feature from its free forever plan, which was highly disappointing. The pricing model is not well-balanced. The service gets costlier.
The flexibility MailChimp provides when it comes to the integration of services like geo-tracking, analytics, and the management of user data, is highly useful. It's also really good for running campaigns. Overall, it has everything you need.
The interface of the mail chimp is very easy to understand and navigate.
The automation is not best in the market
Sending emails in bulks, generic email marketing and the automation
The non latency mailing service I took was awesome
Nothing to dislike, I liked everything whatever I used to implement
I was benefited with best mailing service which helped me alot to run my email campaign flawlessly
It helps me sell our product to costumer easily and it helps to open the stores online. And it helps to reach our product more coustomer. Thanks for the MailChimp platform.
One thing what i dislike is about MailChimp is it very difficult to take membership or subscription.
People were not able to reach our products but with a MailChimp helps us to reach our products our customer easily.
Mailchimp is best to start online business its helps to create free website about business. It helps to create custom domain which people's can identify brand which I liked about mailchimp.
About mailchimp what I dislike is it's having high cost subscription plans. And mailchimp recently removed email scheduling feature from it's free forever plan, which makes it far less desirable.
It's helping me to market my bassuiness through onilne.
I love the ability to duplicate campaigns. Since we send out a weekly update, it's great to not have to start from scratch each week. I just duplicate last week's update and edit it for the current week.
Nothing. So far, everything I have needed to use Mailchimp for has worked great!
We are a church that wanted to send out a weekly email to keep in contact with our congregation throughout the week. Previously, we had just been sending a plain black and white text email. We wanted to take our emails up a notch, and Mailchimp helped us with that. Our emails now look very professional.
Mailchimp's template builder is the best.
Their pricing is a bit costly, otherwise good tool.
it makes easy to send newsletters to a long list of email contacts. i am using my list of 10000 people to send email campaigns.
That the free version also has so many f

helping businesses to grow. Seeing personalized mail from a company makes the person feel special and I think that's the best part.
Liked email templates most which is very usefull
Almost all the features are good whichever we used
It's useful for sending bulk email at time
Mailchimp is easy to use and helps keep track of my audiences, mailing lists, subscribers and unsubscribers. I love being able to copy a previous campaign setting and simply edit the content.
I dislike the two factor verification process and the inability to disable it. The interface can be somewhat frustrating when trying to click on an element or block to edit.
Mailchimp allows me to effectively communicate with my customers on a regular basis and it manages the recipients that wish to receive my mail or not. I enjoy getting feedback from the customers and can quickly reply in Mailchimp.
It was an easy way to create newslettters for my company and send them out in a mass way to all our email list of clients in just one click
Possibly have more integrations to make the templates more complex/ more wowing to consumers
Automation of mass emailing and direct to consumer marketing
