Hubstaff is one of the excellent time tracking software for IT staff; we can easily track the time, take screenshots, manage projects etc.

Not only you can monitor and organize the work of the team, but they can track time spent on each activity and improve their dead time. it's amazing! the dashboard is filterable and you can select the period to view plus you have the % for activities. If you have 0% activity then it automatically discards that time and deletes the screenshots. And you
It is very annoying if you are in a zoom call it discards time if you did not click in the past 20 min. You are in a zoom call! You cannot click. And if you are other applications for meetings it's the same. if you are in a webinar and such the same deal. I would appreciate if this would be changed.
We make sure the team is analyzing the time dedicated per each project and that they manage the project accordingly. it also helps them improve as they can see what is dead time and what is productive time hence they can take better breaks and know when it's time to stop. We also can make sure no one is overworking, so if they have their 40 hours done, then it's time to go home.

the main benefit is you can track project hours for different clients. and assign different tasks to all employees. and in additional you can prepare a work performance sheet from the track hours. And also it takes screenshots every 05 minutes so you can make sure that your employee is working properly.

They should highlight the reminder feature for not forgetting to start tracking. Most of my employees forgot about activating even option to schedule the reminders

Onboarding users to our company project is literally 3 clicks and it's one of the easiest tools I've come across for time tracking and productivity tracking I've used to date. I also like the feature where Hubstaff shows your average productivity on a daily basis, the encouraging emails on days when your activity is high (above 50%) is also nice :)
Payroll integration is a bit messy when starting however the customer relations team is very understanding and knowledgeable.
It's a one-stop shop to monitor our employees. With a vast majority of our team working in different countries, Hubstaff has made it easy for us to monitor, review and pay our team members located in several regions.

It offers an amazing and customizable easy to use interface, where with just one click, you can start/stop tracking your daily project activities. It offers both desktop and browser compatibility, and all the tasks are customizable to suit your project needs, and don't worry! If an employee tracks their time wrongly, it can always be corrected by submitting a correction form. In my opinion, the best time tracking tool I have used.
Corrections can be tricky to do at first, and recently Hubstaff's interactions with windows 10 aren't the best. Notifications for switching a tracking status get sent out twice instead of once.
Hubstaff helps our project directly manage the time employees spend on a certain task for the purpose of justifying their working hours and how they are spent. It helps us have an insight into how our workload is being distributed, how much time employees spend doing certain project tasks, and at what pace things get done. By doing this, our productivity has risen, and we are able to perform more activities and split our time efficiently between tasks with ease.
This system is very easy to use! I like that it stays at the top of your screen ready for your next work day.
Sometimes Hubstaff stops working unexpectedly.
HubStaff makes it easy to track all of the employees' breaks/lunches. It is super helpful to ensure all of the employees are working as they should be.
Billing to the client for the project can never be so smooth until I started using Hubstaff

It easy to manage
The simple and clear dashboard and easy-to-follow training videos. This app has so many features that I don't know when I will be using the highest and best parts. It's great and I do think I'll ever be able to outgrow it.
The difficulting of setting up automatic payroll capabilities. Even though I have my dislike, it is not attributed to the product. I need to take more time and get it properly set up and stop being lazy. Customer support, on a scale 1-10 is 100.
Monitoring or auditing team time and productivity online. Payroll amounts and more to come. I am able to see how much time my team is spending on assignments and websites alike. This helps me to feel confident on their productivity when I have them doing things that are hard to track because there are no KPI's or similar scorecard that I can use. I am going to get further into building out the project and task capabilities so I can track everything in one place. There is so many things you can do and this app intergrates with other tools that we are using very easy. The more you can think and use, the better your business will operated. La herramienta es la mejor en calidad y el precio. Felicitaciones a los creadores, crearon una herramienta integra, útil y fácil de manejar. Yo utilizo la del seguimiento de tareas y la de gestión de proyectos. Lo mejor para mi, es que tiene muchas opciones, pero no te sientes ahogado o confundido con ellas, es muy intuitiva y muy completa. Por lo menos para mi agencia de Marketing funciona a la perfección.
