I love the ability to sync my Amazon Alexa lists within the app as opposed to using the Amazon app.

I don't like the default screen. I wish there was an option to set this up manually.

I sync my home life and my work life with a todo list on my phone. I can mark off each item as I go, wherever i am.

The interface looks modern and can be customized to your needs. I like the simplicity of Todoist the most. It is fast to use and it is all self-explanatory. There is a karma / trending statistics showing your productivity which creates some gamification within the addon and you are somewhat challenged to be more productive by using it.

Todoist is not an huge programme with lots of features though I like it and it helps within the daily business, but I would like Todoist functionalities to be completely integrated in a mail application, like Gmail or Yahoo. That way it would use up its full potential and be connected with e-mailings as well.

It is fast to use and when you have to manage tasks this is a good way to do so.

Coming from Wunderlist, which I loved, Todoist paid version has a lot more features, and I like how it integrates with other software, so I can send an email or webpage to Todoist, for example, and set a specific time to remind me of it. I also like how it's easy to snooze an item to "tomorrow, next week, etc." with a couple clicks. Todoist lets you use natural language to set reminder times, such as "tomorrow at 3pm". It's clean and simple to use, yet feature-rich.

Although it's mostly intuitive to use, sometimes I find parts of the interface to be a little confusing. This is minor, however, as it's generally very easy to use.

I use Todoist to manage multiple projects. It's easy to separate them into folders and subfolders per client. I also use it for my shopping list!

Todoist is easy to use. I would never use a to-do list app that was any more complicated than this, or it would be defeating the purpose.

I wish I could default a category. For example, most of my items are work related, so I wish it would automatically assume the task is work related, and I could change it if not.

I'm burning through significantly less post-it notes. Plus, it is good to have my tasks listed on my computer/phone so if I forget a written list at work, I still have my todoist!

I love the ease of use, the great layout and look of it, the user friendly set up.

As an admin, it helps with the day to day. Very sleek, user friendly, cloud active. I like that it has an app that makes it easy when I am in the field, with a real time update at my desk. The categorizing and reminders are key as well as sharing tasks for delegation.

Todoist has a very clean and straightforward design. The app is very fast, and the "quick add task" works great and allows me to quickly create tasks, assign due dates and priorities.

I have to pay for some features other similar apps offer for free (like reminders and labels, for example).

This app has helped me organize my work days and weeks, and be more productive.

The ability to share tasks with other users of the app. Interface can be a little confusing at first. Maybe a quick tutorial would be beneficial. This app is very robust and powerful. I feel like in my everyday life I only use a fraction of what I could be using. I hope to learn to use it more in the weeks to come! Great product and I hope it stay around for a while.

Not a fan of the double click to finish a task. One click would be easier a time saver.

I love the reminders and what do I archive using this tools its solve my todo list for all my users.

I use this for personal and work tasks. I also have used it to track number based goals by adding it to a list, instead of checking it off a list.

It's pretty limited to just a to do list. As our team has been evaluating project management tools, there isn't many ways to expand the use of this tool.

Todoist is a great tool to maintain all my to-do lists. I love how it sorts out my work tasks for me and give me clear visibility of all that I do!

It doesn't show me sub tasks on the main dashboard, i need to open the main task and then check my sub-task.

Options to share tasks, assign to others, and label based on the project, type, and priority. I love all the labeling options and opportunities to customize and create folders based on needs.

The main page appears as just a long list of tasks- regardless of date or project. To find some taged items, you have to search by those tags. It can be frustrating and lead to missed items.

I find the integrations to email and calendar most helpful.

I really enjoy being able to assign tasks to team members overseas and give a deadline so we can all be on the same page.

Sometimes, depending on how you set it up, tasks can get spread out and slip through the cracks if you're not careful.

I love the simplicity of Todoist. It helps my creative brain to analytically map out all of my projects, tasks, and to-do lists in a straightforward format. It helps my head clear and allows me to get my projects done efficiently. I can use it to collaborate tasks with my teammates; allowing all of us the same access helps us be productive together. I love that I can have easy access to my lists with both the desktop as well as the mobile app. It allows for on the go productivity!

Todoist is a beneficial tool with many different formats and uses. Unfortunately, it can take a while to learn all of the ins and outs of Todoist. Once you understand it, it is super beneficial! There is a limit on size when you want to store things with todoist, having to use it with other cloud based storage can be a bit frustrating. I wish there was a calender view for my tasks, this would help me to have a better layout of my projects.

Using Todoist has helped keep clear communication within the task force. Being able to collaborate on the same projects and tasks with my teammates helps to eliminate confusion in the area of communication. The ability to set recurring reminders, helps my teammates and I have better time management. The ability to add comments to tasks, keeps the conversation flowing among my teammates.

how you can organize your tasks in the application todoist is really nice and makes it very useful

I don't like the notification structure in the application todoist and which it would have more options

The application todoist helps me staying more on top of things i have to do and get reminders so i don't forget and can focus on the actual tasks.
