I like having the ability to manage my own personal work, my team's work, projects and tasks all in one place. It's interface is easy to use and easy to customize for your own needs. I like being able to visually see where we are in the planning process of a project and it allows us to keep on track.I like being able to assign projects to someone.
There are so many ways you can use this product so sometimes it can feel overwhelming when you first start to use it.
My team and I are better able to keep on track with projects and see where we are in the process of accomplishing it. It's easy to also see who was delegated to do what. There is never any second guessing who was assigned what task. It holds team members accountable.
Simplicity of the platform , also have a option to export project work

The UI for subtask details can be hidden. I offer a suggestion to expand and contract/hide them more easily, perhaps just the description field, with a character limitation of course, and then a go-to-task button to see the rest including comments.
Project management and scheduling priority. The Inbox and My Tasks gives a good overview of load and timeline requirement as it aggregates with other projects, keeping in mind other workspaces (clients).

Lo único que no me gusta de esta herramienta es la visualización de las algunas tareas sub asignadas, los cuadros no son muy visibles lo cual lo hace un poco difícil de entender, pero funciona bien

With asana I can already be aware of my tasks and the progress of the team that I have a load, multiple projects have been created and these have lists of activities where I can consult with the detail that considers the progress of the team globally or in a way individual if I notice that someone has not performed well I communicate with him to know the reasons and provide help, my activities are consulted in the "my tasks" section and the notifications or issues that I must promptly address are consulted in the inbox.
For some reason I always have conflicts when uploading lists in CSV of tasks, mainly with the format of dates, although I add the date in the template format shows that I download from the Asana page, I have reported this problem on multiple occasions but still They have not made any changes.
Implementing it was the best we could have done, we standardized the tool for everyone to follow their tasks and communicate to solve the challenges that each one has, when something happens in Asana, you find out, it is even better than sending an email to us because Asana is practical, you don't have to write the complete email, with the name you can find the team members, they receive notification and email with the detail every time there is an update.

We really liked the calendar and the schedule. This shows how tasks and people connect to the project logo, and are arranged on a timeline. It has app for smartphone and tablets as well as computer for easy use of the tool and all are great to work with.
Asana is great to collect as many ideas as I want, and eventually, form a project with all those ideas that I've previously gathered. It's very easy to use and to keep track of all tasks depending on time and due-dates. It has features that help focus on time management, and I like how lists are displayed to be shown depending on what's important. It's also great that Asana has visually aesthetic boards that help me stay on track of what's going on between projects.
I wish Asana displayed my tasks in a more interactive way; the main page is scaterred with information that is not important to me most of the time because I mostly focus on the tasks and calendars, so I would prefer for the tasks to be displayed directly on my main page.
I think Asana has given me room to focus more on projects individually because it prioritizes the creation and distribution of tasks between teams, giving me more space to work on my time management as I please. It has been of great help because it's practical and its customization is very open and intuitive, helping me accomplish great results.

We create and manage projects with the help of asana. It is easy to use and reliable product. Currently we are not using Asana but whenever we feel need of such software we just open asana and starts creating a group project.

It is an online office for me, the whole team knows the progress of each one, in which part of the task is found and if you can support or ask for help with something, adding members to the team and assigning tasks is very easy, just write part of the name and is chosen from the list that is displayed, when someone is added as a follower, he receives notifications throughout the process until it ends, which I perceive as an automation of mail, it is no longer necessary to write the emails so that the project manager stays aware, everything does asana automatically.
When I finish a task that is in the form of a list it no longer appears visible in the task pane, I must choose the option to show all the tasks to view it again and during the whole session it remains like this, if I close the session or the window and try again to see the task, I must select from the list to show all the tasks, this has been a bit awkward.
