There's a lot to like. We like that: - It's integrated with your google email - It really helps you to setup accounts from your inbox - it tracks the emails you sent - it works very intuitive and visually appealing
The app is still expanding heavily and they've tackled a lot of issues and requests already, but sometimes there's features missing that could hold you back from switching.
Faster workflow in your sales funnel is really Salesflare's key asset. Intelligent lead feeding saves us quite a few bucks a year because we can bring everything together in one system.
With the intuitive interface, a few clicks are enough to get things done. Email campaigns and lead finder are included in the tool, as well as the Google Chrome extension.
The lack of sync emails if your prospect does not have an account.
Salesflare helped me to have a very clear idea of the situation of my open deals, I had 3 different pipelines to separate the business scope, so I managed to follow up 3 industries within the same platform. The tools such as email campaigns and inactivity reminder helped me a lot.
Most of the platform I could use right out of the box with little to "learning". Pretty intuitive!! There was lots of options that allow for a robust offering. Good price point = value prop is high
Nothing to really dislike. Had to discontinue as company switched to a different software /application. I did bring to management's Attention ................
Sales. Sales sales. From initial reach out through the sales cycle to deal and client stage. Learning to better use AI and statistics over time really helped.
That it links on all of my devices. I am on the road a lot and it is nice to make notes right after a meeting.
Having to be added to existing client accounts.
I like that it tells me when someone has opened an email. It helps when closing the deal to know clients are going back to reread something.
easy of use, even the sales team (however lunch they hate any type of CRM) seem to be using it and yes in reality little to no effort/additional work is required to use this CRM
not too clear (yet) how to use this CRM for Mailing campaigns and other more fully integrated end to end marketing activities, though then again it is a CRM not an end to end marketing tool....
Understanding exactly what is where in the sales pipeline and how each one of out sales people is doing. A single unified source or all touchpoints with the client prospect is also a great benefit
Salesflare saves time by pulling in company data automatically. I like how it suggests contacts to follow-up and its "hotness" alerts. It's an excellent CRM for solopreneurs or SMBs.
There're much to like. However, unless I'm not using it correctly, I find that I must add contacts to organizations in order for interactions to be tracked. It's probably a cost saving measure. Also, the latest Outlook desktop app add-in update broke the integration. Support has been very helpful but we haven't found a way to reinstall it yet. It'd be very nice to have an add-in for web based Outlook instead. Not a dislike but a wishlist: Salesflare in its current state is sales focused so it doesn't have features for products, estimates, contracts, etc.
Our team has tried many CRMs over the years. I've been testing Salesflare myself for now and have found it very useful.
Salesflare works very well with Gmail. You add the extension and then have a right hand side panel where you can manage your contacts, tasks and leads. You can easily see the stages of communication with a single contact, rather than having to search Gmail for any communication. And of course, you have the email open feature, so you can see when important emails where received. Beyond Gmail plugin there is also the browser version which gives you great visibility of your opportunities.
It took me a little while to get used to using it, but that was more me not putting the time in. In truth, it is quite an intuitive tool. And there is lots to the tool that I don't even use, like automated email campaigns and sales insights
Salesflare has meant I'm much better at tracking leads. In the past I found it was easy for colder leads to slip through the net, but now with a few clicks I can ensure every lead is managed well. This makes it easy to targeted follow ups and ultimately increase revenue.
I'm glad that I can see all clients who are visiting my site. I like that all emails I can track so easy and fast. It saves a lot of time. Also, great an idea: when a client sees my emails. Great to have it.
As for me, it's very nice software which will work well. Really, I don't have anything to cons about. I'm glad that I working with it and in near future, I don't want to change it.
With this product, we have automatically updated all email connection and session. It's ability to automatically find info on the company site which is good.
I liked the continuing updates and the integrations with Gmail and Zapier
I'm still learning on how to effectively use a CRM, but that is my own failing - not that of this product.
I am using it to more effectively monitor my sales and business development efforts.
It gets all the data automatically and create tasks based on your interactions with the client.
Lack of some integrations and internal email.
Solved the need to fill al the contact information for the leads. The main benefit is the time saved, as it automatically gathers all the data needed for each lead so I can focus on the proposals and service.
I like how visual and intuitive it is. Things seem very simple whereas before they seemed complex and hard to keep track of. I love that when you access the app it immediately shows the leads that require action. That’s freed up brain activity I can spend on something else.
I would like custom reports. The ones that are in there are nice, but sometimes I would like to change a few parameters, which is not possible.
Salesflare has saved me hours of inputting data. None of that anymore.
Salesflare brings an effortless CRM experience: without much work or effort our sales people can keep records on customers and opportunities updated and provide management with an accurate forecast. Tracking our sales efforts have never been easier. Furthermore this is the first CRM software our sales people actually really want to use and use (where all other software failed achieving this).
I dont like the pricing structure. I would like to be able to buy a larger group of users in one go.
Having our sales using CRM and having an accurate picture on sales status
Native integration with Gmail. Everything I do in Gmail is automatically and instantly synced with Salesflare. I don’t need to worry about keeping my address book updated, all contact data is there without me having to lift a finger.
I would like to able to make calls directly from Salesflare. Their core functionalities are rock solid though, you can also tell they have a clear product map but are still in the early stages.
We’re a startup and we need to get sales going, fast; Salesflare is helping me do that. Our sales process feels beautifully simple and a lot of the credit goes to Salesflare.
First of all, the fact that you can form teams. This way, every time one of my members sends an e-mail to a company, their team leader can check this, When the member isn't in AIESEC anymore, their team leader can still check their companies and take over the contact. They can read every mail that has been sent, so no information can get lost.
If an e-mail is sent to more than one person, you can't see who exactly opened/didn't open the e-mail. Also, if I send an e-mail for example, and I open it again, it will also indicate that the e-mail is opened one time. But it has not been opened by the receiver yet.
Through Salesflare, we can see if someone has opened an e-mail and how many times. If he/she has opened it for example 2 times in 3 weeks, chances are that they are not interested. When they opened it 5 times in one week, we know we have to stay in touch (even if a contract is not signed on that moment).
- ease of using - possibility to keep track of the progress made with the customer - possibility to see how many times the customer checked the sent email - ease of sharing the costumer and your contact with him/her, with colleagues - possibility for the team leader to "control" his or her team members
- not directly part of the 'team' when you have mailed a customer. - only on chrome and with Gmail - not directly linked to your gmail (extra steps needed to link it)
Salesflare helps you keeping track of the progress you made with a customer, the contacts you already had with the customer and shows you how many times the customer checked these emails. This gives you an idea of his interest in what you have to say/sell and if it is useful to contact that customer again.
