Insightly really helps provide a basic simplified CRM wherein you could set a task and assign it to a colleague, with its due date, status, and if it's a recurring task. Best thing is that you can *relate* a task essentially connecting it to an Organisation, Contact, Project, etc.
Insightly does have features to provide, like a Roadmap which other competitors have.
There's so many good ideas on Insightly's community forums but don't get picked up by the Insightly team. And some nitty gritty bits like creating a task but assigning the Task creator to someone else, which is understandable.
I think the most helpful thing about Insightly is the ability to customize the pipelines and track new leads. It is a helpful way to track projects and house company information.
I dislike that even if you use Insightly you still need other software to supplement it
The biggest benefit of Insightly is the way that you can track how many times and who you have called for sales purposes
The user interface is very intuitive. The price is very reasonable for the features provided. I like the integration with G Suite and Jot Forms.
More integrations with other apps could help streamline the workflow. The customer support can be better.
Customer relationship management software for service businesses and great tool to collaborate with your team.
The best thing about is you have all information in one place
Too many features. Just have to learn all of it
Sales is at one place. Information for all clients are at one place
I love the kanban view and the fact that we've gotten all our team members contributing to it together. Following projects through to completion has been made much easier.
In general, I think that it's a really great tool. Not everything shows up where I expect it, but I'm happy with it!
I'm not close enough to it for this.
It's a good learning tool. It's a functional system.
Clunky, not streamlined. Not easy to edit pipelines, etc, and obtuse (hard to understand.)
I've realized that I need to work with another CRM company. I've solved enough of my problems to know that a better product exists. I used the free edition, however.
It offers a logically structured CRM that helps to organize your business. Helpful features include tags, the ability to assign tasks directly, link emails to Insightly to see the thread directly in the software, and more. This would be even better if you could get more in touch with the team to explain to you how the tool works better, give you tips, etc...
- With that being said, if you are a SMALL BUSINESS, do NOT expect to be taken care of by Insightly customer service. If you did want to be taken care of, you need to prepare to have to add a substantial budget for assistance. -I was very disappointed because after speaking to the sales representative in August, I was offered a whole package that unfortunately took a MONTH to confirm. By that time the package was no longer available, and all the training sessions that were originally offered with my package had disappeared. When i revisited the training a few months later, Insightly tried to sell me a whole new packages to buy additionally. Obviously being a small business, this is absolutely not possible for us because the investment of Insightly is already a substantial investment.
CRM, bulk email send out. Track of email opening rate. Template tools E-mail reminders
It is very easy to use. You can get onto Insightly and understand most of what it is going on. We can change and adapt the program to what we need to it do for our business. If we need to create more custom fields, more drop down options, or more tags. That is all possible and fairly easy to do. It also functions well with Google Mail so we can use our email and Insightly together.
There are limits to Insightly. We need to to keep track of important data without having too many fields for the Sales team to update. Creating duplicates of each organization or contact is very easy to do. There is not easy function to identify if another contact is similar to the one being entered or to merge the two contacts.
We are using Insightly to gather leads, identify where they are in the Sales Cycle and keeping all of our employees update to date on current customer status.
The free plan is a bonus for small businesses just starting
The setup is complex and there are better options such as Hubspot
Shifting from a spreadsheet to a real CRM for managing sales and client relationships
Ease of use. Very simple and set up time did not take long compared to some of the larger CRM giants. Great for the small business world.
Clunky in some ways. Integrations are few and far between, unless you hire consulting teams to create them.
Getting out of manual business tracking. Switching from email and calendar to keep everything in one place.
It's user friendly lay out and the way in which you can tailor it to your business.
Difficulty to have it fully integrated in all our our practices and multiple bots.
Transparency across the business, pipeline and sales.
I like you how can save "organizations" and then individual contacts under them.
I dislike that using some of the more sophisticated features is not super intuitive so you have to watch tutorials.
It's great for tracking companies who are potential clients and customers, as well as individuals within companies.
I enjoy the ease with which we can use insightly. It's pretty good and allows us as customers to control the process of using the software
I don't particularly enjoy the high markup on the cost. The product need not be so expensive and we can easily reduce the cost by find other solutions.
I'm solving the issue of using CRM to monitor and understand the customers. CRMs are widely quite useful because they make the task of seeing and maintaining records of clients particularly easy for use. I love CRMs because they really have made it much easier to use the product.
Tasks can be created for anything as little reminders and get emailed to your inbox
Inability to auto populate the calendar with a delivery date
Tracking multiple projects in a pipeline with ease. Titles of projects are self generated and customizable.
The program is simple amd intuitive to use, and can be shares with one co-worker. It gives the ability to focus on matters that can bring margin, and avoid losjng time.
I liked the possibility to use the program up to 5 co-workers to test the possibility of using it for project management, when this number was reduced to 1 i disliked it
As said above it gave me the possibility to focus on money-maker matters amd avoidong time-losing activities
