What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I can enter all my leads. Create opportunities and have 90 days, 60 days, 30 days pipeline. Also, my boss can keep a tab on my progress and this becomes like a regular reporting.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I have to login again even when I keep Insightly open on one of my browser tabs.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using it for Sales and Sales forecast. I am able to keep a tab on past leads and opportunities.

Insightly CRM allows the company to integrate other apps with ease. The savings over more expensive CRM systems and paying a developer are great.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Reports are a little difficult but not too bad.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to follow our customers and their specific projects with little effort. Using a CRM like this one means that each customer record reads like a book.

Was Super easy to use and customize we've really been able to tweak this program to meet our needs it enables multiple divisions of our company to have this ability

There is little to none Worth mentioning when talking about what you could possibly dislike of this program perhaps if I had to choose something to say it would be there isn't anything that I Dislike

Are accountants benefit to this program whether it be a place for collaboration between departments a place to host all relevant documentation oh yeah everyone as benefit from this program

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I needed the ability to associate a single person with multiple companies, multiple opportunities, multiple projects, multiple tasks, etc. Insightly does this. Others do not. I absolutely love it.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Doesn't have the most beautiful interface, but it works.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to make highly matrixed connections and see unrelated tasks, projects and opportunities, that happen to be connected to a common contact or company makes my work much more efficient.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I enjoy the dashboard. It is simple to understand and shows you quantitative data to pull for reporting purposes. We also track the progress of our clients and can keep on top of the comms.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

It is a little tricky to navigate the back end without training. If you have little to no experience with CRM systems, it can take a little while to learn the new approaches and identify a method that works for you.

We are using insightly as a data collection base for our organization. We can use insightly to track our progress with clients and the stage of engagement they are in with our organization.

Sometimes they change the format to view everything for a couple of days and disrupts the way you manage every tasks in your daily basis.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

The interface is very user-friendly. There is no downtime since we have been using it for over seven years. It is customizable and integrates with useful data storage i.e google drive and one drive.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

There is nothing to dislike about this software apart from a few more features that can be added to manage finance and marketing in the same CRM. The direct email option can be updated too with some additional user-friendly features.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer relationship management and opportunity management to serve the customers via a pipeline. Also, to keep circulating the tasks within the organization to get the best in-time solutions.

I love the different filters for running lists & sending emails directly from Insightly.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

The limited number of results that are brought up when I type in a search term. All the results should be brought up rather than just the first few.

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of hundreds of different projects & tasks. It has saved me hundreds of hours in organizational time.

I like the simplicity of the navigation on the pages, I find being able to search for an account using just a post code or a couple of letters the most helpful part

Sometimes it will kick you back to the beginning

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I find the comments section the most useful as different team members can update tickets with comments and then there is essentially a full handover of where the task is up to without needing to physically talk to another person

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

I find i use the dashboard section the least although i do not need to use it i find it the least useful to me

What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves issues with customers quickly and efficiently, the benefits of moving task to certain days is helpful and reminds me on which days tasks are to be done
