The most helpful part of Insightly is that it is very user friendly. We utilize the program to keep track of our clients progress after treatment. We can use it for our notes and information needed to collect good data. I like the customer service we received when we had questions or needed assistance.
The only downside is that I have not learned how to utilize the program to it's fullest! I need to review the training videos and figure out all the options/possiblities to improve out data.
Insightly has provided us with a platform to track and do follow up with our clients. It has streamlined our process and is much less cumbersome that we were doing with Google Sheets.

Things can take too long to be updated after submitting.
Solving issues for accounts and queues.
Insightly helps us keep tasks and workflows in order, which allows us to work efficiently as a team. The filters and fields on Insightly highlight the actions that we need to take to help customers progress.
Currently, the same filters and fields can be improved. For example, there is no way to filter accounts to check if one date field is less than another date field. We have to work around that by using third-party software.
We know exactly which stage each customer is in and what next steps we need to take to help the customer. It also allows for better coordination so that the customer is satisfied.
The user interface of Insightly is really helpful and allows me to have all customer data in one place. I can now make better business decisions because of it!
There is a learning curve with developing your pipelines and just learning the terms they use in the program. Once you know the terms it is easy to use!
It is solving me not having accurate data on my clients and being able to see trends in my client data at all aspects of the client journey (leads & sales).
Insightly is most helpful because it simplifies everything you need to get your job done and more! It makes work easier and enjoyable!
Some of the forms are limited in the data you can input.

Insightly is a simple, yet powerful CRM platform. I like having the ability to create customized fields to organize our information in a way to works for us.
There are some fields that come preset which don't have the ability to be changed. It would also be nice to be able to integrate all of the contacts into Outlook more easily.
Insightly allows us to create, track, and maintain our customer database easily which is very important in our fast-paced environment.
The followup reminders and Sales Dash Board. Also the loading of leads and converting them to opportunities and projects helps you track the sale and set reminders to followup.
It does not allow you to track your interaction with the client like how some crms link ur URL from ur email to the client to show you have worked on the client.
Sales are easy to followup on as when you set the reminder when logging the sale it reminds you. You can also track the progress of the sale. Also always you to email the quote and stor it under the client.
Insightly allows me to connect contacts with opportunities to keep personal and account information accurate and separated. I really like the ease of the interface.
Tasks lists look a little jumbled sometimes and it can be difficult to navigate the system if you've never used it before. I think it would be really cool if there were more personalization options as well.
Insightly helps my company keep track of enrollments and client accounts to make sure we're keeping up with clients accurately and efficiently. We want to make sure we won't drop the ball and miss any deadlines, so we create tasks as reminders so we can reach out to the right people at the right time.
The ability to track projects and preset tasks, and then have access from all my devices be it phone, Ipad or desktop.
The costs for a one user license has gone up a lot from when I started using it for free!
Keeping all of my business information in one place and having access when I am on the road not just in the office is invaluable when you are a one-man band which then allows me to solve problems without needing to return to the office.
Insightly is amazingly helpful when linking different types of data entries to each other. It lets you see the whole picture for a particular project.
I dislike the cosmetic customizing options, they are quite limited. Everything is orange, which is fine, but a dark mode would be nice.
In a snapshot it shows me the contact, which business they work for and which projects they or the business is currently working on, lots of info - very helpful.
I love the ease and user-friendly options that this CRM provides. Not all CRM's are made the same and most can be a bit tricky to navigate but Insightly has taken the guesswork out of completing tasks and has saved us so much time and effort.
While there is not much to dislike, I am not a big fan of the email feature. It leaves a little to be desired in the ways of options when sending bulk emails and what types of attachments can be included.
The Insightly CRM is taking the mundane and lengthy tasks that usually plague administrative assistants away and making it to where time can be freed up to pursue other parts of the business. Also being able to keep all of our business info, clients, emails,calendars, etc in one place makes it easy for everyone on the team to stay on the same page.
This a very friendly software that has been intended for all type of businesses, I been looking for something like this for a long time and finally I found it, this is use friendly software
I would love to be more self-explanatory, if you are new to CRM it is possible to get confused with all the different layers of this program and the capacity of the contacts is limited if you are not paying a premium.

There are some extra things we just don't use.
Tracking customers and potential customers.
Insightly has helped us automate many time-consuming CRM tasks and simplify and streamline managing leads and converting them to customers. Insightly integrates well with many systems and, as such, could easily be incorporated into our existing infrastructure.
Getting emails associated with contacts works well but with leads I have to often do it manually once they are in the Insightly inbox.
Safes time, syncs with all calendars, makes high-level CRM available to small businesses.
The possibility of creating my fields to personalize the tool and use it to my exact needs is very powerful.
No way to integrate to my own CRM (as I use it outside the US, there are different platforms). Also, there is no way to delete multiple files from each customer record, for example when a customer sends too many attachments or too many repeated files or pictures and you want to clean the files from a particular customer, you have to do it one by one and Insightly then goes to a different view every time.
They manage all my customers in an ordered and systematic manner, I have a pretty nice customer database and I manage it only by myself, without Insightly would be impossible.
Reports and charts are a quick-go to get an idea for the complete activity in the process. The email feature is the best to be sent within by a single click and the history gets saved for future records. Bulk editing while using big data is the most useful addition to the tool. The pipeline stage gets the team on track.
Admin access is limited only to the registered account and can not be shared with sub-admins. I suggest there should be an option to add 2 or 3 sub-accounts to complete the initial processing rather than to keep the things on hold burdening the single admin to process.
Complete data is comprised in one place. The rotation of the task within the organization is to get the solutions in time. It assists to add more than one opportunity and task to a single lead, which helps to gather the scattered information. The data is on-board with a complete history saved.
