Ease of use, very easy to manage pipeline. Navigation through it is simple. It allows you to stay on a screen while scheduling/completeing tasks so you don't lose where you're are at
It's hard to say but like most CRMs there is a lot of features in it that seem to be a little redundant and if you have a little bit of wrong info it won't catch it so it can cause duplicates
Managing my pipeline is very simple witht the drag and drop so I don't have to go in and make a bunch of "clicks" just move an opportunity around which keeps my pipeline easy to view for my manager
We recently transitioned from a big name system that was too much for our small company. Insightly has been perfect for the size and scale of what we are doing. The sales team member, although not there anymore, was terrific with the research and onboarding phase. Our rep has helped get us set up and running! The mobile app has been essential on the go as well.
Not much that I dislike at this time. I wish I had more time to do the tutorials and to jump in even more than I'm using the system now.

Has been easy to connect Insightly to our existing ideas of customer management. It is easy to use and navigate. The organization and layout is very simple, clean and functional. The dashboarding and customization is relatively simple and effective to start. The customer onboarding from Insightly to their customers is really good. They really seemed to care about having us reach our potential with the program.
As with all non-custom CRM, there are some limitations to making it fit perfectly into how you would imagine managing your customer data. But custom is expensive and the lower cost is an upside if you can make it fit.
We have been able to organize our customer management better than what we had before while limiting the data and information time input. Data management and input has had less gaps and mistakes. Reporting has also improved, helping us better manage and understand our operations, sales and service. We are not using it to its full capacity yet, so there is more that we haven't tapped into that may have more benefits.

I like that I am able to assign tasks to co-workers, as well as have documentation and notes about associates within our brokerage.
So far I have not had any dislikes about the product.
Onboarding new associates within our brokerage has been a smoother process.

There's nothing I dislike at the moment. The process seems very easy.
I haven't had to solve any problems yet. The benefits are being able to tie companies to their contacts and order history.
We use Insightly because it combines what would normally be a few different products into one, from Project Management, Relationship Management, to Lead Nurture it really has it all!
Not really a downside, there are a lot of integrations we need to explore to connect Insightly to even more of our programs

My previous firm used Salesforce IQ, which is a smaller and less complex version of Salesforce. My boss needed a solution and change because it was not integrating well with our emails/contacts. I did a lot of work/research to find Insightly. It was easy to implement and we basically scrapped our entire CRM. It connects leads and projects, and contacts that were associated with those opportunities. It is cohesive and makes it easy to track activity. The simplicity of the platform and structure is nice, although it could be updated to be a little more modern looking.
The platform could be updated to be more modern from a physical appearance standpoint. I also disliked the cartoons/figures that the platform used. It seemed childish to be used in a professional environment.
We were able to use the platform to track all of our activity and how it progressed over time.
It's power content-management software that's affordable and easy to use, but can grow to be much more than that. It can encompass more functions of your business marketing as you need it to.
Visually, it's not for everyone. The calendar can be a little finicky at times, but it's not a deal-breaker.

The graphic display sales pipeline is essential for our team as we can see in perspective the sales process and each of its stages. Metrics offered are key to understanding the dynamics of sales and detect the best deals. It has ability to connect seamlessly with third-party tools.
I like the structure and functionality of this CRM so I have no complaints about it.
It helps us identify opportunities and approach us effectively to more leads. It is a system that automates almost all basic tasks, so we just have to focus on key areas such as strengthening the relationship with customers and prospects, innovate offers and manage projects.
