Having an 800 number gives a company instant value. All the great companies have them. The voicemail function is beautifully integrated with the email system and we can disseminate all calls to the right individuals
I like being able to hear my voice mail from anywhere anytime as long as I am able to check my email. I like not having to have a dedicated physical line.

I can get voice mails real time via email with a link to hear the audio. I don't need to put my personal cell as the main number, so no unexpected callls.

I was very confused when I was picking out my number because there were options shown with extra numbers. I now understand that you just ignore the last few numbers that don't fit in the traditional 10-digit format, but I was confused at first & I felt that my potential clients might also be confused by this.
As I said above: "The app makes it easy to separate your work phone line and personal phone line without needing two devices!" I am able to confidently put my number on my business card.
The ease of use. It is very easy to make changes, set up forwarding, and other options. I did not need any training.

When I set the local time for each line, it takes too much time. I need to scroll it from up to the bottom every single day.

I like that calls can come directly to my phone without requiring another setup. The calls can ring on multiple phones so the load can be shared across teams. Call logs are helpful. There is the option to have messages play when a client calls.
I wish I could have it show the client's number as well as the fact that it's a call through 800.com without having to pick it up. Right now I can choose either or.
I can avoid having my personal phone number on our e-commerce website. Single number for all inquiries. More professional due to customized number. Helpful for shifts.
I can receive text messages and fax too, and it's a plus that customer service is responsive and helpful!
As of now, there hasn't been anything that I don't like about the product or the service.
I needed an 800# as a professional touch to my business; the benefits to my business is that I don't have to pay for a text service because I have one and I have a fax option since both of these are included I save money by not having to pay for subscritptions
Very easy process to purchase and forward 800 numbers as needed. Also has more capabilities than we were expecting than when we first purchased. The turn around time to get the number activated and working was very quick.

800.com has excellent options to meet the needs of every business. My favorite options are messages sent to me whenever I receive a call or voicemail, along with text message options. The customer support is fantastic. Anthony went above and beyond expectations to help me get everything set up correctly. I think they offer everything anyone could need for their service, including an option to have the greetings in Spanish. There are various options for taped greetings or you can upload one of your own. Updating information, or change greetings, business information, block problematic spam, or scam call numbers is not a challenge. I find it to be user-friendly to make calls, and easy to set up for your fax usage, as well. Having used it for several months, now, I would highly recommend 800.com to other businesses looking for a good application, and great support staff.

800.COM is a very professional team; their system is user-friendly and their interface is easy to navigate; they handle support requests immediately without delays and have client safety as a priority, and do their best to preserve it. Their dashboard is super easy to use and displays clearly all needed info. we have been using them for more than 5 years and are very happy with their service.

Really easy to change where the 800 number forwards. The user interface at 800.com is well-designed and easy to figure out. The actual operation is simple and its easy to get reports, payment history, etc.
Honestly nothing. We've really had no issues using 800.com and we will continue to use them for all of our 800 number needs. As we need additional 800 numbers, we just add them to our account.
800.com allows us to have an 800 for our customers, as well as in our industry we are regulatorily required to have an 800 number. 800.com allows us to get these 800 numbers but forward them to our VOIP numbers within our company phone system, meaning we still have full control over forwarding, auto-attendant, etc.

They have very comparable rates to other 800 services and I was able to find all of my customized numbers with the prefix that I wanted. Excellent customer service as well.
Not so much a dislike but a challenge getting my messages forwarded to my cell phone and properly setting up a VM. But I got it done. Not enough od an inconvenience to change service.
