I have been using 800.com for quite some time now but I do not find anything that I do not like. I seriously cannot think of anything to suggest to 800.com since it has every feature you can imagine as part of their package.
800.com provides fancy numbers and they are easy to remember. An 800 number elevated our company reputation and customers feel more confident calling an 800 number.

Our small business appears professional and it establishes trust with our customers. The service is easy to set up and use. We can adjust the setting/message at any time and the customer service is amazing!
The only downside we have had is that we have received calls from folks looking for a different company that also has an 800 number. I haven't experienced any negatives from 800.com.
We have no issues which need resolving with 800.com. Our service has been great and uninterrupted for a couple of years. Most of our customer service questions get sent via email but it's been great having this number for folks who would rather speak to a human being. Having the 800 number also minimized questions after they listen to the message, and many times our customer hangs up and emails us once they have heard the message. Many times we prefer emails because many of our customers are needing help after business hours.
If you need an 800 number, you can easily buy one and managing it is simple.

I've not had any problems. I am a small company that doesn't get very many inbound 800 calls, but I HAVE to have an 800 number. 800.com is perfect for me because it has a very low monthly fee and I can just pay "per use".
What I like most about 800.com is the web UI. I find myself using 800.com to make calls from my computer throughout the day just because it's so easy.
I'd like to see better history of calls made. As is, I have to enter (paste) in the phone number I want to call every time. A redial function would be good to start.
Providing simple access to support for our customers. Smart call forwarding has been very useful. Taking and making calls from a computer has been an unexpected benefit.

The market is saturated with services that are similar so it was difficult to find a trustworthy firm, like 800.com for our business needs. 800.com could market a little bit better so as to let their prospects know they are legit and helpful.
We were looking for an 800 number provider that could integrate with our current text message campaign services. 800.com was one of the only available that worked with our platform. It just so happens that they also provided the best customer service out of all the companies we inquired with. Implementation was extremely fast and their dashboard is the most intuitive and easiest to manage.
Keypad is clear and right in the middle of the app. The vanity toll free is spelled out with what it spells and not just the numbers displayed.
If more than one number , the ability of a drop down and select option would be something to consider.
Vanity phone to help callers remember the phone number is the main reason. Calling toll free vs calling any other number more costly to companies. Set up of toll free was in preparation for a future business. It is not meant for current public distribution.
We were looking for very specific vanity numbers and 800.com was the only place that we found what we were looking for with plenty of good options. Their rates are very reasonable & the platform is very easy to use.
