What do you like best about ZoomInfo?

I don't want to spend all of my time researching contact information. As a BDR, I need to use my time actually curating specific contact lists and ZoomInfo helps me to do that.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo?

There are some features that we don't subscribe to yet, but we have sent a wish list to my manager.

What problems is ZoomInfo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love ZoomInfo for intent data. I've gotten a lot of meetings from it this past year. My team is also prepping to add the chat feature, and I'm excited to see how that will lead to more meetings.

User friendly, higher availability of customer credentials compared to other lead generation tools, information is mostly accurate, easy extension to browser, ease of implementation, good customer support,frequency of use,ease of integration.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo?

It doesn't give much information on APAC leads, can't use multiple logins at the same,

The amount of updated information it gives everytime I try to find any information. It is easy to use and easy to integrate.

Has comparitively less database for SMB India prospects.

It provides information about the potential prospects that I want to reach out on and that helps me in reaching out to them effectively with all the relavant information. The feature "Workflow" within Salesos helps in automating all my go to market strategies.

Knowledge & update: In addition to it the zoom info platform helps in letting us the buyer inclination for the purchase also any recent updates/ news about the company that allows me to pop up the relevant sales talk with the respective contacts Hassle free operation : unlike other platform, Zoominfo is easy to use that is built in a way where any level of users can easily play around the tool and meet their requirement without any trainings Customer support: When ever required it help us with definitive suppot Info stocking: It supports me with getting the contact & specific industry accounts details to export as excel file which I use it for tailor made approach & manual follow ups during my prospecting, Extension saver: Zoominfo outreach extension appers in the chrome easily extract & provides all the required inputs about the company whenever i visit to any specific propspect/ customer website and not necessary to login on zoominfo website everytime and search for specific account manually everytime. Frequency of use: being from SMB segement i use the almost 2 days a week to prepare for my weekly prospecting plan & search of account details Integration: It helps me as it has easy integration since it has other required platforms in Marketplace for sales effecitiently

In specifc to South America market certain industry data are fewer Being player in SMB segement, information regarding to 1-10 emp size are not present Montly & bulk credit limit to be increased

Zoom info provides me with contact details of a lead in specific industry It shows me the top executive involved in the company where by i take up the POC details for reaching out as per my company prodcut list It has company growth rate & funding details too, which will let me focus more where the lead has more potenatial for growth & buy my product if funded using the account for outreach & respective campaign for the accounts export option in excel, where i use it for manual tracking & outreach sequence fliter optons allowed me to search for specfic industry & segement for lead mining it helps in deal progress to search for respective stakehodler in customer end

It's seamless integration with Salesforce, and how it can live within several different windows, such as Chrome (with the ReachOut extension). I use it every day.

A little difficult onboarding yourself, ease of use could be improved.

It solves verifying and speeding up the qualification process, in addition to providing relevant prospect list data.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo?

ZoomInfo has the most accurate contact/company information compared to other platforms, and I absolutely love the chrome extension. I also receive Intent emails so I know where to allocate my time based on companies researching our product via keywords, etc. and easily integrates with other cloud apps I use on an everyday basis.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo?

I have been using ZoomInfo for over 3 years and cannot find a feature that I dislike. Great product!!

What problems is ZoomInfo solving and how is that benefiting you?

ZoomInfo takes out the grunt work of finding emails and phone numbers that are valid, and all you have to do is export as a contact into Salesforce and begin your outreach!

It first solves the importance of managing a database and more over it also gives you additional details about a company and lead such as insights and technology stacks. This gives a upper hand to getting more details about a company or lead to successfully reach the customer with qualitative information and have a proper conversation on a discovery calls.
