I don't want to spend all of my time researching contact information. As a BDR, I need to use my time actually curating specific contact lists and ZoomInfo helps me to do that.
There are some features that we don't subscribe to yet, but we have sent a wish list to my manager.

In specifc to South America market certain industry data are fewer Being player in SMB segement, information regarding to 1-10 emp size are not present Montly & bulk credit limit to be increased
Zoom info provides me with contact details of a lead in specific industry It shows me the top executive involved in the company where by i take up the POC details for reaching out as per my company prodcut list It has company growth rate & funding details too, which will let me focus more where the lead has more potenatial for growth & buy my product if funded using the account for outreach & respective campaign for the accounts export option in excel, where i use it for manual tracking & outreach sequence fliter optons allowed me to search for specfic industry & segement for lead mining it helps in deal progress to search for respective stakehodler in customer end
It's seamless integration with Salesforce, and how it can live within several different windows, such as Chrome (with the ReachOut extension). I use it every day.
A little difficult onboarding yourself, ease of use could be improved.

ZoomInfo has the most accurate contact/company information compared to other platforms, and I absolutely love the chrome extension. I also receive Intent emails so I know where to allocate my time based on companies researching our product via keywords, etc. and easily integrates with other cloud apps I use on an everyday basis.
I have been using ZoomInfo for over 3 years and cannot find a feature that I dislike. Great product!!
ZoomInfo takes out the grunt work of finding emails and phone numbers that are valid, and all you have to do is export as a contact into Salesforce and begin your outreach!

It was extremely eazy in terms of usage and understanding the contents in the platform. Most liked feature was 'intent topic' which used properly can be very helpful tool to make discovery calls. I have used it everyday and was integrated with several other tools used to do my job well. Some information could be incorrect due to the changes that happen in an organization.
It first solves the importance of managing a database and more over it also gives you additional details about a company and lead such as insights and technology stacks. This gives a upper hand to getting more details about a company or lead to successfully reach the customer with qualitative information and have a proper conversation on a discovery calls.
