What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The "next action" feature of this CRM is the most important. If you aren't prompted in your CRM to figure out what you are doing next, when and how, then things will drop through the cracks. The phone app mimics the desktop very well.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Not much I don't like here. I'm not sure what else I can say to get to the 40 character minimum. There, how's that?

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Follow up is terrific. The phone app is seamless.

I love the daily ticklers, as well as all of the space for notes, and specific details.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

OnePageCRM's focus on "the next action" is huge for me. Additionally, when you complete an action it immediately prompts you to enter the next action for that contact. Sales people are notoriously bad at follow up with certain clients, and this can really help minimize clients falling through the cracks.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

There could be slightly better messaging/note features, but I can't really complain.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving a lack of transparency into our outbound sales team's work. This gives me an Activity Stream view for the team so I can see if they're making calls, how clients are responding, and the overall time-to-deal for any given client.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I've been using OnePageCRM for 10 years. It's designed to be simple to use and maintain, and most importantly keep your attention where it's supposed to be to maintain an efficient sales process. Despite the core function of the CRM being simple, it has a lot of functionality and integrations to make it very powerful as the sales processes grow.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

The development team are often adding new features, or improving existing features, so sometimes I need to get used to something new.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maintaining, monitoring and reporting on a large sales base with a large number of contacts.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

We've found OnePageCRM intuitive and straighforward. It was easy to create contacts etc. We have found support very good when needed, and the product has continually added features and evolved in our 8/9 years of usage!

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Only that you need to be sure you have a good roadmap before you start. Be sure you plan what you want first to get the best of out of it.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralised CRM and sales pipeline!

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

They are super quick to respond when you have a question! Being able to organize client information and keep on track with next actions.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I would like to be able to edit tags more easily. If you could open a page that listed all of the tags, rather than only having access to them from the side of the page. Also, if you could open imports/exports days later.

Keeping track of next actions and assigning them.

"An affordable, simple CRM."
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

Super simple interface, that makes it easy to learn. We've integrated with Zapier to capture web visitor information and form fills, and it works well. Does nearly everything the bigger named brands do, affordably.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

The only downside is that there aren't a ton of integrations, so we have to use Zapier. Not a big deal - we're still able to do everything we need to do.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping our team on the same page (or should I say OnePage) when it comes to new business inquiries from prospects or additional estimate from existing clients.

"A really useful CRM with some great new features."
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The pipeline feature has been a game-changer for my team. Getting each sales rep to include a deal to the lead has given them and the business a clearer vision of what deals will likely come in and which ones need nurturing more.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

As much as I like the pipeline feature, I would like to have the option of more extended labels for each stage of the pipeline. Extended labels are handy for new starters adjusting and learning all about the different stages.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping my team stay on top of leads and not let them slip through. Before, we had many issues with reps not knowing how many clients they pitched; out of those pitched, which ones were more bought in and which ones needed more nurturing? Now they and I have a clear idea of who we've pitched, where they are in the buyer's journey, how much time we need to dedicate to each lead and when to close them down.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

The price point is incredible for the services included. The product if straight forward and makes the basics of CRM easy. There is a nice assortment of advanced features for the sales process that can help you with "closing" the sale.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Lead clipper is chrome only and in practice is not great. They are great at constantly improving features and I'm sure it will get better over time.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting all our leads into one place without having to pay huge monthly fees common in "larger" solutions.

"Simple account and task management tool for SMEs"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I like the tag filtering option, with all the tags (and their frequency) listed in a column on the left side, and a working screen with the associated contacts on the right side. This allows me to peddle through each contact individually, without having to open any additional tabs.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Everytime I go into my pipeline, click on a deal and return back to it, I am redirected to the action stream page and not the pipeline one. I would also like to see an average deal value based on all the leads in the pipeline. Right now I can only see an average deal value/stage funnel. Granular indeed, but having a bird-eye view is imperative.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a tool to keep track of our inbound leads, one that wouldn't add up extra work. That's why the idea of a checklist for task and account management appealead to us. So far the app has helped us to match prospects with future product releases that they've required, and keep them updated based on their release status.

"My experience with OnePageCRM"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

It's simple to use. Not overkill like Salesforce. Most small businesses need more in the way of sales processes, and less in the way of sales software--and so the straightforward interface in OnePageCRM is exactly what the doctor ordered.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I'm really disappointed that the LinkedIn profile capture capability went away. I'm fully aware this is all LinkedIn's fault, and that there was nothing you could do. Still, you asked. :-)

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are still trying to figure out how to put an official sales process in place, without creating a lot of red tape. OnePageCRM is really good, but we still need to implement it further into our culture.
