This software is very enjoyable to install and use. You can often experience this to test staff and anonymous surveys. There are many options you can choose when setting questions. we have used this product on recommendation and have used it many times. It provides a great option for tracking KPIs and feedback. It was also nice to fully personalize the look and feel of each questionnaire.
On the downside, I can express the price at first. I really just need the site for the trial and it is my most natural right to get more responses without having to go yearly. If this product works well for me then I would consider going yearly.

The platform collapses when I try to do several activities at the same time and it does not support so much work at the same time, I am one of the people that I like to be working all at the same time and so I can move faster in my work but sometimes this platform does not allows and I have to focus on one task at a time to avoid causing this collapse of information and will not allow me to move forward quickly
