What do you like best about Respond.io?

Respond io is a cloud - based solution on where the data is safe. I really love it, it serves as a means of communication on where most businesses can send their messages and files in a safe way. It is a new face of interaction.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

None. It is a truly amazing platform, especially for those businesses out there. If you wanted you data or any confidential matter to become safe, Respond io is the best platform to use. I strongly recommend this application.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

When you're in a business Respond io is the best for direct communication with your clients. It provides help desk support to their clients who use the software. It's actually help me communicating with my customer without minding about unecessary loss of data and in a secure way.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

It´s really simple to set up, and the snooze button helps me track my customers and agenda, is the easiest way than any other software I've tried. Fast to set up and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

It needs the option to change the status on WhatsApp.

Me gusta que podemos tener todas las cuentas en un mismo lugar y podemos asignarlas a los vendedores para que ningún mensaje se escape.

El tiempo de aprobación de algunos textos rápidos, entiendo que tiene que ver con meta pero ese tiempo que se pierde esperando es valioso.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

We have been using respond.io for a few years, and their support has always been outstanding. The software can scale to large orgnaisations but we as a smaller organisation also make very good use of it. Their support has always been very quick and effective.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

In the beginning there are many options to configure your platform, but they provide good support with the youtube videos and support. You can begin simple and gradually enhance it as your organisation needs. The price might seem steep but for us it is worth it.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Direct communication with our clients. We provide helpdesk type support to our clients that use our software. We have automatized a large part of our proces and one of our main concerns was the support for our users. Respond.io enables us to provide support through various channels, making it easy for our clients to communicate with us and explainign their problem through voice, chat and also screenshots. They keep enhancing their features such as chat scripts/bots, widgets or more reporting/statistics tools for example.

What do you like best about Respond.io?

I've used this platform for less than a year; I acquired a license because it had the best value-benefit ratio compared to other competitors I checked, like Wati.io The benefit of having many users without paying more per user is a great plus, especially for customer service teams. And finally, during the months my team and I have used the platform, we have seen it evolve a receive constant updates that improve it.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

Even though they have great service, it is not 24/7. This is not a regular problem beacuase the platform rarely fails, but when I had an issue, since I live in a country with a different time zone, I had to wait for a while until receiving support.

What problems is Respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Respond.io is the only interface I found that allows me to have multiple users and channels working simultaniously at a great cost. Now I can check which user is attending wich customer and the time the interactions lasted.

The support has been in my language, and they care about helping the client, as well as the platform's good documentation.

What do you dislike about Respond.io?

In my opinion, some features, such as advanced reports, should be available in my bussiness plan. Some simple glitches still occur, but they are working to fix them.

With the recent upgrades, it's becoming better and better. Although, we have to re-login a lot.
