ProsperWorks is very user-friendly and works well with the entire google suite. There is a lot of customization available so you can make it work the way you wanted it to. Even though the native integrations is limited, there are ways to integrate with other apps either through Zapier or API access. I've spent a lot of time with the API access and there are so many things that you can do. The documentation is great and the API is easy to use.
I do wish that the automation built into ProsperWorks had more flexibility. As of now, you can only set very basic logic in terms of automating tasks. For the API documentation, when viewing the python example code, the way the code is written is very bizarre and hard to edit.
ProsperWorks is enabling new agents to ramp up quickly as well as offering incredible flexibility as our business grows.
The layout is clear and easy to use. The fact that you can use several users at an affordable price. Integration with MailChimp is awesome.
Not any major issue with the online page, probably just being suitable for Gmail and chrome is the main limitation.
Keeping track of contacts and tasks which is essential for the high number of contacts we receive.
The integration with google, the API helped to uncover and restore information needed
The amount of time needed to read and following gets a bit confusing causing difficulties.
uncovering and restoring information that was compromised
Quick and easy to link in contacts directly from gmail into CRM. Great integration.
A little buggy at first use but since then I have had zero problems.
Efficiency and seamless data, cross channel lead management and visibility for the team.
I like how easy it is to use. Many CRMs are built with upper management in mind. They want to be able to see what is happening on the "sales floor". I've used many CRMs and most feel more like big brother than a tool to help sell. Prosperworks is different. It was designed with the sales person in mind. Very intutitive and easy to use. Allows you to track your prospects throughout the sales process.
the API integrations are limited at times.
Organization and tracking prospects
It's easy to search different prospects
Sometimes it's hard to search through communications as we have over 10 people logging items in the system.
Keeping all communications logged as well as their potential to move forward with sales. We like to store NPS scores, too.
nice design and simple to use which is what i want from a crm
projects - dont really understand what they are for and wish could be removed
lead management
Integration with email was very useful, easy to use and customize.
Having just the basic version was a little limiting.
CRM database, sales contact tracking.
Prosper works is quite visual and appealing for this reason.
It can be a bit confusing to set up and alter.
It works well for tracking sales statistics and leads.
One of the best. Good integration with G-Suite and highly customiseable
Some of the features's you'd expect to be available as standard arent there unless you upgrade to higher levels
CRM, Follow up, follow through. Team reporting and communications
I run a business which uses google (gsuite) and required a crm which intergrates with this but also works well with my travel business. Other than not intergrating with Xero i have been very impressed with how wonderfully simple, clutter free yet powerful prosperworks is.
I would really like to see the product link with Xero
A CRM for a travel business - managing multiple suppliers and busy project pipelines and lots of leads. Being able to assign tasks, update my google calender and see my projects at a snapshot is great.
Google suite incorporation, easy to use and to configure. Great sales team
As always, the price is too hight and the fact that to get a discount, you need to pay for one year
Keeping track of everything in one place
The Gmail Chrome Extension and the customizable fields for CRM are favorite features
Some features are still being fine tuned by programming
Working on a more searchable CRM for Real Estate Clients
Great UI, easy to collaborate with other users in the tool, easy to track opportunities and updates all the way through the funnel. Very easy and enjoyable to use.
Mobile interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly.
Track opportunities with respect to strength of fit and progress within our funnel. PW has made it way easier to accomplish this tracking and helped us stay on top of things much more effectively.
I like the fact that Prosperworks is so easy to use yet so powerful. There is a very small learning curve to quickly start using.
I wish there was a multi user pricing strategy for small businesses. I use it with an asst. and we pay $40 a month. Seems a little steep.
I am in real estate and we use it to onboard agents on to the company. Takes them through a simple process.
