The simplicity of use for sure. It's been extremely reliable when my regular number was not useable.

That for the time being, it cannot be used for personal use when registering with a business/organization.

There is nothing to dislike about OpenPhone. The only thing that I'd like to see is more flexible plans for people who use number only so often.

OpenPhone is so much more than a phone, it is an easy to set up customer service tool, and the best is their customer service. Love it.

A US phone for my US company that I can answer in my own phone.

The phone app. I can be anywhere and still get calls and text.

Nothing. Everything seems to be working great. Although if i were to say something, i think it's the user interface. Hopefully that can be improved.

The Customer Support is extremely responsive and went the extra mile to ensure A1 support. For example, I was not getting incoming calls, and the Support Staff was able to quickly identify the problem (which was that I accidentally set up my business hours as closed 24 hours). I also like the high call quality and the fact that I have a US number to do business and connect with team members and suppliers in the US (although I am based in Grand Cayman).

I have not found any downsides yet, and this is Week 6.

International calling and messaging as we are based in the Cayman Islands. I also visit the US frequently, and OpenPhone provides a legitimate US number without having to get an account with a phone carrier (Verizon, etc)

I love the ease of use OpenPhone provides. It is super easy to administer and it is super easy and fun for our staff to use. The support team is prompt and reliable. It comes with many desirable and fun features like business hours, custom voice-mails, snippets, scheduled messages, and more. I love that it syncs with Salesforce and that it is super easy to manage. You can request numbers in a heart beat and even chose very specific numbers. In our case we choose all numbers to have the same first 6 digits! Highly recommend OpenPhone!

They don't have any bulk message options and their snippets are not dynamic, so you can't say " Hi {first name}" for instance.

It integrates into my existing hardware.It is nice to have a business line that you can send and receive texts on.

Connectivity is an issue sometimes. I will make a call and it will not connect.

Keeping my costs down and my remote staff having access to the same line making sure that all calls are being answered by a human rather than going to voicemail - most of the time.

I appreciate their fast response to any question I have. They have helped and guide us every step of the way through our transition process.

I wish I could actually talk to someone every once in a while instead of just chat or email.

It is benefitting in almost every way. Price, Quality, Simplicity, Feels premium and does the job really well.

OpenPhone really cares about customer feedback. They are prompt address any issues; they have an organize way to channel that feedback and use it to make improvements on things that are valuable to the users.

Currently, I do not have any complaints about OpenPhone. As a small business owner I appreciate how they make it easy for me to do business.
