iContact allows you to stay in touch with your existing clients building relationships. It also allows you to market to new prospective markets.
Seamlessly integrates into my company's Salesforce instance without having to upload and download email campaign lists to another program outside Salesforce (unlike other email marketing tools). Also allows us to see click through rates in real time, including by individual contact. Their customer service is available 5 days a week during East Coast business hours, they are always fast with response and will have someone on the phone walking me through fixing any issue. Really great product!

When some emails bounce, they can't be traced, I don't know the specific reason for that, even though I haven't dug deep enough to find it. Labels don't allow typing special characters, so we can not use questions as labels. Also, iContact had surveys, what I consider one of the greatest features, but it was removed with no particular reason. Another thing is templates, as I think iContact requires more flexibility in the creation templates.
