Most helpful - The power dialer is great, saves time! And SEQUENCES!, being able to schedule messages in advance. I also really like the bulk edit options. Oh and I found lots of useful ways to sort and filter lists just yesterday, 4/5/23, that are great!
Downside - I would love to have a task "dialer" that moves me through each lead in order where tasks are set. I cannot select individual leads to include in the dialer or sequence; I can only select all or none from each smart view folder. There's no option to easily call a lead a second time within the power dialer.
Solving the problem of - Dialing phone numbers one by one and having to type each number into the dialer. Having to wait to send text reminders until the day of or hours before an event. I can schedule them in advance and forget about them, knowing my leads will receive the messages whether or not I am logged in that day/time of day.
I love the following features of the CRM: 1. great customer support 2. Versatility regarding emails, cold calling and sms. 3. Great tool for sequences

You want to use it. Most CRMs are a nightmare to use. You can learn to use Close in less than one hour. It also has everything you need for outbound.
If I had to pick one thing is the inability to add task to sequences at which point you'd easily compete with SalesLoft.
It's just an all-in-one tool which helps me fully take care of outbound.
Until we started working with Close, the whole process of updates regarding clients was chaotic and to get information on the history of the lead, it took us very long time, especially with people working in different time zones. It works wonders, is very clear to read and work with.
It would be great if the statuses in "opportunities" were mirroring the statuses in smart views, which currently is not the case.
It's very easy and intuitive to send email campaigns for the potential customers.

Sometimes auto replies from people in sequences kicks them out of the sequence and I don't catch it. Would be nice if there was a review process for those so you can confirm whether they should be kicked out or not.

every relevant action is in the same page, no need for tabs or anything like that sort; basically, you simply need to click the right place within the same page, and there are no tedious links that take you here and there.
Most likely, on the developer or even admin side of it, it might have lower data importing capacities, although I cannot confirm that since I am only a user, I am guessing that because the CRM looks too good to be true!

Close is a very reliable and flexible CRM that is very easy to set up and much easier to use. As a person who had very little experience with CRMs, Close offered a great experience overall.
When working with a very sophisticated data structure, Close can be a little hard to develop for. Also, if multiple teams and different approaches are needed to close an opportunity, this CRM will struggle to keep everything tidy and updated.
The CRM functionalities work amazing for keeping track of opportunities and being able to create pipelines is very easy. Close also offers many features that make it easy for SDRs and BDRs to successfully win outbound deals.

No be able to assign numbers or recover the task on the lead's that I delete by accident, I would like to have more features as an administrator so i don't have to bother the support team
They are pretty helpful. They designed two custom scripts for me and gave me training on how to use also to install python on my computer and i know they will be there everytime i need help
The most heplful thing about close is, that I always have a overview of priorities and I never miss out on calling leads. I especially like the dialer which makes it possible to call more leads per day.
I would be great to have more filters, to make it easier to filter the leads which are in a huge list .

The integration cheat sheet and how efficient it is to integrate with other softwares. One of the best things about this is it allows you to understand how the systems work.
The one downside is that sometimes my dialer will have some issues where the prospect and I cannot hear each other. It does happen every week; with this issue fixed, I can say this software is in a league of its own
