Everything works great on Brex. Perhaps there are some challenges in accessing timely and responsive customer service when encountering issues or have questions.

It was easy to apply. It's made for startups, and they understand very well the space, especially the financials of venture-backed startups. As for the product, I particularly like their online capabilities. You can do everything you need from the web app. I particularly like the ability to block cards, as well as generate virtual cards on the fly.

The integration with our bank (First Republic) is not great. We've also had issues when making purchases in places that require PINs instead of signatures.

Brex allows us to very easily give credit cards to our employees.

Brex is exceptionally useful when travelling; users have per diem expenses auto-approved with just a simple memo to explain what it is. With previous expense management tools, I would often spend 10+ hours working through my expenses after a week-long trip, with Brex I log memos as I go & haven't had to do any logging post my trips. The ability to use the Brex card on Apple Pay is also beneficial as I can quickly apply for additional budget if needs be.

Genuinely I have not found a flaw with the product as yet!

The fact that you can take picture of your receipts makes it so easier to report and keep track of all your expenses . It is always reminding you to submit your recepits.

I really don't think there is something I dislike about the Brex card. For me is very useful and easy to use. I do not have negative things to say about the Brex Card.

Whenever I want to share a good time and also build relationships with my work colleagues. It allows me to create moments and make my work easier at the office for letting me get to know everyone.

I like how secure and easy it is to use. Since the company I work for provided us Brex' services it never was so easy to manage our own transactions and feel safe to know you're taking care of them, and even if it didn't seem enough, no more reports are needed since the purchases we do are directly notified to our supervisors. That's fantastic, thanks!

Not many things to dislike, the UI makes the processes easy to understand and until now no bad experiences occur to me. So I'm happy with the service.

I'm solving managing my purchases with the approved budget, avoiding writing reports for the receipts, and making the communication between me and the financial team easier and faster.

I love the customer service! No matter who you speak with, everyone is very good at what they do. Clearly Brex is doing a good job at recruiting and training.

As an admin on the account, it would be helpful if I had more capabilities. I understand there are limits due to security but it's a bit much for someone with my needs.

Brex is making our accounting very easy.

I like that I receive text messages and can load my receipt into the message. It is so easy to use.

I love the user friendly interface. It doesn't matter if im on the App or the website it's easy to manage and switch between different budgets. Uploading receipts are easy via text.

I feel overall the brex platform is great but maybe one area we could improve is adding balance alerts for low balance or daily balance.

Setting up 2 budgets help alot. Having 2 pots of money to pull from helps manage where the money is going. This is more productive and time saving for me and my team.

perhaps the fact that you have to have a minimum balance of $10,000 USD in the bank to have the credit limit enabled

It solves my problem of not being able to access a credit card directly with my bank, plus I can have strict control of expenses

Brex has helped make it very easy for me to make purchases for my home office and acts like another credit card for me, so I can save it as a form of payment in my amazon account. I used to have to use my own cards for purchasing and would have to do a lot of extra work to pass along receipts, so Brex has streamlined this for me.

I don't know if I have any issues with Brex at the moment. It's a Visa card, so it's pretty much accepted everywhere and often times will auto-categorize expenses making it easy for our business operations team to keep up with my spending. Overall I'm very happy with Brex.

I think for our business Brex is making it very easy for our employees to spend company money like it's their money. We're able to move a lot faster when it comes to booking customer dinners and outings and overall it's made my life as an end user a lot easier because I have to do way less accounting for purchases than I've had to do in the past.

I like that the app is simple to read and understand. All the major info is right there on the first page when you open the app. It's rare I ever have to look for something

Really have no dislikes, it does what it's suppose to do and I have no issues.

It helps with food and groceries

I like the fact I can get coffee for free :) it's simple to use and is very handy to have and an awesome per for my employer to provide.

Nothing the card and system is completely user-friendly and the hardest task I have had thus far was uploading a receipt which was super easy.

Brex makes it easy to give employers the tools to gift employees small amounts of joy each much with a very easy and managable way to do so.

I like that its easy to use and no declined charges at all.

I am not sure that there are any complaints at this time.

Cash management and ease of making a card

The rewards kinda suck and the transfer points website isn't very good.

Brex firstly is really good for banking by giving access to money market funds. Also the wires are really easy and free which is awesome. Lastly, issuing credit cards is very easy.
