I like that AWeber is user friendly and very intuitive. The customer support team is very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I do not like the search feature but it's very similar to other email marketing tools

What is most appealing with this autoresponder software is that it is easy to use. They have a lot of nice features like import full campaigns from other Aweber accounts. The price range for what you get, is ok.

As a newbie email marketer I remember I was put off by the price and the lack of results I had. Not that the software did not work. But I was following someones coaching with the software. So, My results were based off of those marketing tactics that someone practiced. What I would have LOVED is to have Aweber, including a "step by step best practice for newbies to gain trust". Or something along those lines, IN the account. I know they have something on their blog, but they could improve by adding more training inside the members area, easy access. Also, more customization. Mind maps that connect to the sequence, allowing you to see it from a birds eye view would be a stellar attribute to this platform. Others have this, so why not Aweber?

Aweber is one of the best autoresponders available in the market. Over the years I have tried to shift to many other similar solutions but it turns out that most of those solutions were either half baked or full-blown rehashed scripts trying to emulate aweber and failing miserably and hurting my clientele. Aweber has higher inbox score and much better way of suggesting changes. I have worked for many freelancers and email marketers and I have always heard praise of Aweber.

If they can make the pricing a bit more affordable that would make it even better. I would like it to integrate third partner spintax and similar software. The interface needs a face uplifting and make a few new changes to better. They can also work on more tutorials for beginners alongside with new automated script or plugin solutions provided on various sites so end users can feel better when implementing their service.

After trying almost multiple hosted and standalone email solutions I finally realized that Aweber is a complete package. The first problem I ever solved with AWeber was the Inboxing rate of my client's emails. For years my client had problem with his emails landing in spam or not being delivered on time. When the client shifted to my services I used aweber with thrivethemes to make work like a charm. The list building was a breeze. Autoresponders were even cooler. Even though it took a bit of time but it was worth the effort. I felt like I learned skill as I finished setting it up for the client.

While I find all the features that AWeber offers useful, like Curate, their template builder, and their other mobil apps the feature I like the best is their Customer Service!

I liked that you are able to do a live demo right on the screen to walk through any features that you have questions about; the ability to chat live with a customer support rep also helps when you have questions that you need answered right away.

So far I'm just learning to navigate the app and I have no complaints. I wish it were somewhat cheaper but the price is A LOT better than most.

Customer service is beyond amazing! I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently customer services responds and the fact that their live chat line is also so convenient. Their service reps are extremely knowledgable and so helpful with any issues you may have.

I was able to get a campaign up and running pretty quickly. I'm average on tech implementation, so at times I was perplexed, but I was able to answer most questions through the support features available.

I still don't quite get how part of it work. The software doesn't "think" the same way I do, and I felt I had to do things in reverse order, like build a campaign and then add people. My first impulse was to add people and then build my campaign, but apparently that was out of order. Still trying to decipher how to add people to an additional list I made automatically, but somehow still have to do it manually. I didn't understand all the video training available on my issue.

I was able to build my campaigns and broadcasts easily and the tools to do so were pretty easy to learn and use. Plus I can see what people did pretty easily, which is huge.I have people contacting me as if I wrote them a personal email, which is a nice touch. I have used a couple of other email marketing tools, and overall I can say that Aweber seemed easier to use, and not top heavy in "options" I don't want. It's helping me stay in touch with prospects I might otherwise loose touch with, which is the whole reason I started using it to begin with.

Aweber was easy to set up and use. Adding emails and our email list was also very easy.

There are a lot of features to figure out but Aweber makes it pretty easy to learn all aspects.

AWeber saved us so much time and energy sending out individual follow ups by having them drip out automatically. It also allowed us to send out informational emails to our current clients. Although we do not currently have a need for AWeber, I would recommend it to any company that has a need to send out follow up emails and would like to do it automatically.

I did like the fact that you could connect it to different platforms and the templates they had as well
