Excellent customer service Easy to use Easy to update new phone numbers

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There is no way to filter out SPAM phone calls. I add them to the block number list but they keep calling back on a different number. They generate a blank voice mail.

Easy for our member to get in touch with our office

They went out of their way to clear the confusion I had with getting my new vanity number to ring on my cell phone, they were very helpful and polite!

What do you like best about 800.com?

The updated and simplified website is very navigation friendly. I also love that when I send an email to [email protected], it is resolved within an average of 1 hour!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I would prefer to be more hands on but I do appreciate the help. Also I would prefer to pay my bills as far a a year in advance or longer but I don't believe that's an option.

I am able to have a phone and fax directed exactly where I needed!

800.com gives users needing 800's lots of flexibility for a reasonable price. We love the fact multiple 800 numbers can be housed under one account, voice mail settings, auto attendant, and calling trees can all be personalized without an additional fee.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Extension options are limited and may not be as helpful if using numerous branches.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

No current problems are pending. Benefits are all around robust platform for a reasonable price.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Their platform is very simple and easy to use, and also very affordable. Their customer service is quick and able to solve any issues. Not many companies will go out of their way to work for you without billing you extra, but 800.com goes that extra step for you, not for money but because they want you as a long term customer.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There is nothing that we have encountered that would make us dislike or question this service

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every confusion I had regarding how something works, they explained and even fixed it for me at no extra cost. The benefits have been confidence among my customers who call our 800 number and am able to reach us live or leave messages. They even created a custom voicemail for me.

What do you like best about 800.com?

ease of use, the system is very easy to use and I like the fact that we can simply place orders for new numbers without hassels. the numbers can be ported out for a small fee and there is good call forwarding available. the system also gives us stats of who called at what time. that is awesome.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

noting much as such. Their call center picked up the phones very quickly even during covid rush.

the phone system works perfectly and fax it's so easy and practical to send and receive. And whether I get a call or a fax, notification is immediately. The same when sending a fax.

Honestly... there's nothing I dislike at 800.com.

No need anymore for a fax machine. On the go I can get faxes at my fingertips.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Really appreciated how quick and easy the search tool was. We wanted a particular number and it came up fairly fast. The site was able to guide us through the buying process with ease.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Enjoyed the entire process outside of the wait for the number to be activated. Was hoping to have it ready in 24 hours and it took 3 business days to ring live.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using 800.com allowed us to be able to track our inbound calls, which helps us see what targeted marketing is working and how long it takes for replies. The portal is easy to use.

"More flexibility than I first thought."
What do you like best about 800.com?

We first only needed to front our local number with an 800 number, this worked perfectly. I then needed a number with specialized routing for an IT on-call, to my surprise they had many of the features I needed to accomplish this project. Also, the price for services is where it needs to be.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I need to change call routing based on "days/weeks of the month" and currently can do by time and day.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems to date We do not have access to configure our local PBX, so this is the best option without needing a new or cloud-based phone system. Also, the call statistics have been very helpful to see call volume on the 800 number vs our local number.
