There is no way to filter out SPAM phone calls. I add them to the block number list but they keep calling back on a different number. They generate a blank voice mail.

Extension options are limited and may not be as helpful if using numerous branches.
No current problems are pending. Benefits are all around robust platform for a reasonable price.
Their platform is very simple and easy to use, and also very affordable. Their customer service is quick and able to solve any issues. Not many companies will go out of their way to work for you without billing you extra, but 800.com goes that extra step for you, not for money but because they want you as a long term customer.

ease of use, the system is very easy to use and I like the fact that we can simply place orders for new numbers without hassels. the numbers can be ported out for a small fee and there is good call forwarding available. the system also gives us stats of who called at what time. that is awesome.

We first only needed to front our local number with an 800 number, this worked perfectly. I then needed a number with specialized routing for an IT on-call, to my surprise they had many of the features I needed to accomplish this project. Also, the price for services is where it needs to be.
I need to change call routing based on "days/weeks of the month" and currently can do by time and day.
No problems to date We do not have access to configure our local PBX, so this is the best option without needing a new or cloud-based phone system. Also, the call statistics have been very helpful to see call volume on the 800 number vs our local number.
