I always get help on time and the issues were fixed at the right time. The help and support make me more fan of the software and I always recommend my client to use this software.

the Xero certificate is difficult. there are questions that are not used in normal life and that makes the certificate difficult to obtain. The test needs to be more focused on the matters which are used in general practice. The payroll system should be more simplified and user-friendly as like the accounts and banking.

Xero has the best UI ever. Very neat and simple. It will take you less than 30 minutes to understand the whole program. One of the best accounting tool to use to handle finances, tax reports, etc.

I havent seen anything I dislike about Xero. We have been using Xero for quite a while and didnt have any issues so far.

I love how Xero reconciles nearly all my bank accounts and/or wallets. It also offers true multi-currency accounting which is a big boon for small businesses that have clients all over the world. Their latest integration with TransferWise now allows all the borderless accounts (thats 5 currencies) to get updated as well. It is simple and straightforward for non-book keepers to use and to keep a tab on their business.

So far i have no complaints. It meets all my requirements

Primarily, multi-currency accounting along with bank reconcilliation. It saves me a lot of time now that i know what my business balances are and where the money is.

Easy to use and found reporting easy to understand (also submitting VAT return is easy). Have now used Xero for a few years in current business, and also used previously with another business as found helpful. Some of my clients also love working with Xero.

Some of the navigation did not seem that intuitive to me and when I did have a problem a year or so ago the answers I got were not that helpful.

Understanding finances on a month to month basis and being able to understand likely VAT liability and then submit return automatically.

What I don't like about the software is its cost that is too high in all the plans they offer and then Customer service has been low and is something that can be resolved.
