Getting paid from an international company
I am relieved to have Deel as my payroll platform. We the contractors needed a flexible tool like this that offers different methods of withdrawing your money, clarity on contract management, and many useful tools that are constantly added while keeping its GUI simple. The most valuable tool for me is the "advance deel" tool, that allows you to request multiple cash advances of your contract payments at very low rates. You don't have to wait for your client to pay you to have the funds.
It would more comfortable to have language management for the GUI, but that's more a desire than a need
I'm based in Argentina. Our economy and currency are strongly conditionated by wrong management through the past decades and it makes impossible to transfer your payments from foreign currencys such US dollars. Deel help us to solve that with multiple withdrawal options to convert and transfer our payments.
You can even take some money in advance if some day is needed (last two months income been taken in account for the maximum advance withdrawal). Extra services and discpunts for many countries apply (for Greece not all of them applicable) like TaX advise or health insurance etc. Nice support if you need it too! Thank you!
I would (actually was close to) rate with 9 because all big companies (and even if deel is not yet one.. it will be soon) gain more than need and almost never give back to the ones who really keep them high (the simple workers). But then I my points will be reasonable only if every other company lose 1 point ... So, just 10 for now.

The user experience. Its fast and simple.
At first I was doubting how fast it would be, I think there could be more transparency about the time that every step takes so the user doesn't feel anxious.
The way the company pays me is fast and its easy to see if the milestone is approved or not. I get to say when it is finished and see when its approved. It helps a lot with my financial planning.

It's a platform that makes managing payroll for remote workers across the globe easier. I work remotely with my company from a different country and I receive my salary through Deel
I never knew Deel existed until one of my clients used it for my contract and payment. It is extremely easy to use and the transactions are pretty fast. It was also compatible with a lot of local payment platforms in my country unlike other platforms I have used in the past.
An option to request the change of payment date would be awesome
The fees are very minimal specially for a beginner freelancer like me

Honestly there's not much, though they could have better fees for smaller businesses so that more smaller companies can benefit from it.
Being able to to pay or get paid across the world easily
Deel helps me manage all of my clients with one profile. Deel Advance is also the best feature if you qualify. The app itself is super easy to use and integrating your email is easy as well. Haven't had a chance to use customer support yet but that just means everything is going as it should.
None so far. Everything is easy to use and uses a user-friendly interface. Menu and tabs are pretty straightforward and clients and contractors can access anything they need anytime.
Flexibility of payments. Some clients only pay once a month but Deel Advance lets you get paid anytime you need it.

One small issue I had, which was more on my end, was relying on the Deel advance service. I had to pause a contract for a month, and when resuming it I couldn't use the advance as it required two consecutive months of payment.
Deel provides me an easy way to receive from contracts, the platform contains all my invoices and documents in a single place. It's reallly simple to receive and transfer to my account.
