Time Doctor is the best tool that counts the working hours efficiently and automatically pauses when we stop working although can track work flow!
Sometimes it shows the wrong timing of working hours when the system lost the connection suddenly as it shows from the start
I can pause it whenever I take a break and have access to collect the working progress with the help of automatic screenshots
Our property management firm uses Time Doctor to monitor and manage time spent abseits of our office whether trips to the premises, meetings off-site or remote working from home or elsewhere. Many of our discussions with boards and communities occur in the nights and it is useful to illustrate how much time these communities spend.
The fields for description tasks for non-computers have restrictions to the addition of details.
Time Doctor monitors the activities of computers, although it may be set to stop when handling computer chores. It may be modified to take care of non-computer operations like site visits or meetings. When filing timesheets, it is pretty helpful to refer to.
Time Doctor allows for tracking and managing the production activity of the employees during their working hours. To understand and analyze where the most productivity happens to your employees.
I feel it is excellent as a tracker to understand what all tools and websites your employees are using and to know how relevant they are to your business.
We're working remotely on a large scale due to pandemic, and it isn't easy to track who is doing what at the other side of the screen. It works as a third eye for us.
As an employee, I have the flexibility and control on my time and it makes sure that all business-related tasks were recorded and not wasted. I also track my worked hours any time of the day and I can also work via mobile. As an employer, I can monitor people on their tasks, productivity and logs all at the same time!
As an employer, I can not generate reports for Night differential
As an employee - the problem before is that my other business-related tasks out of the office hours were not counted but with time doctor, it can record my business-related task any time of the day and my effort is not wasted anymore! As an employer - problems encountered were the legitimacy of the employees report for remote setup and the productivity of each employee and it is solved by time doctor since it reports and detects all aspects of productivity in a snap!
The team dashboard is great to see an overview of how everyone is performing. We also love the screenshots, they have been a great help ensuring team members are working on the correct items as needed.
There is nothing i dislike about Time Doctor. We moved to Time Doctor from a previous tracking software and found this much nicer and clearer to use
Ensuring remote teams are working on the correct clients, having less office time together we rely on tracking software to ensure the team are pulling together. The benefit is productivity is maintained as the team know we monitor them on Time Doctor
The fact that I can schedule shift start time and end time. Also I can check each individual hours covered or not.
The fact that I can't locate or see where I can change the theme.
Saving the problem of iddle time.. It assit in checking if raters are productive or not.
It's featurelist and accuracy. The detailed tracking helps us analyse our staff better
Nothing to dislike about time doctor If we can have a mode that can be set in bios as a part of system so that no one can u install it will be the best
Well tracking the staff is best part No one can cheat us for now
The screenshots taken are great to make sure remote employs are really working and see what they are working on
I wish there was a way to see a live screen feed of employs rather than just screenshots to coordinate on coding projects
Is good for tracking time for billing clients
Ideal Time Reporting is best thing in Timedoctor
There is nothing to dislike in time doctor as of now
Employee efficiency is increased and ideal time goes down, so more ROI for employeers
Screenshots of user's computer. Ability to monitor which sites are accessed.
Does not refresh screen automatically. Lack of user action notifications.
Tracking employee work time and work.
Time Doctor is so convenient. I love that it's available on my desktop as well as an app on my phone. So many times, I'll receive a call from a client and I immediately go to the app to start a task. It's been a lifesaver and has allowed me to stop cutting myself short and forgetting how calls from clients can really add up on the run.
There is very little that I dislike about Time Doctor. I do wish there was a way to add what sites I'm being productive on such as Facebook. Instagram, etc. that might otherwise be in the system as "unproductive". As a Digital MArketign Manager, some of the sites I frequesnt most pop up and I'm constantly havign to tell the program that I'm working. I'd also love i tif there was a way for Time Doctor to know when I can on. Google Meet/Zoom/Video call because I'm constantly having to click that I'm still working and it's horribly embarrassing if I'm on a call with an important company pitching an idea, sharing my screen, and having Tme Doctor pop up during my presentation. I'd love to not have to remember to turn it off completely when starting meetings. I'd love for it to be seemless so I don't have to go back and edit in time (on my own time).
It's been super easy to invoice my clients. I know exaclty when I work and what I was doing for them.
The accuracy and precision it shows while we work
Nothing much as of now. Everything seems cool
Nothing as such till date got the most satisfactory experience.
I love following #1. Reports PDF, Excel , CSV Everything is there #2. Automatically turn on. #3. Pinging constantly whether you are working or not.
Linux Version, it still needs improvements, The side bar does not go way. The pricing is little high.
1. Reporting. 2. I can see everything done in one place. 3. I can bill clients more clearly and honestly.
The platform promotes trust and independence for each team member by limiting micromanagement and creating transparency in the company.
When you get used to it, you will not dislike time doctor. Use for the better and best.
Challenges encountered by the team were the work they had done and delivered during the remote setup is almost impossible until time doctor provides screen shots, productivity report and total worked time. It has never been easy to track your teams' work productivity and performance.
I love the interface and ease of use the best!
The brand colors are a bit too bright for me
It helps project managers and business owners to have accountability among their team members without necessity being such a threatening platform/software. It gives the employees the ability to relax and focus on their work because there is no ticking of time or screenshot sounds every fifteen minutes. Simply the best!
