We cannot apply for half day leave in Rocketlane, only full day leave is applicable as of now

The product is in somewhat early stages so minor glitches occur but nothing their team doesn't get right on to help with. The design could be a bit more modern and easier to follow especially for clients that are not tech savvy.
It allows us to complete all customer onboardings and customer success processes within one system. Having a client use it for all stages allows for consistency and better adoption. I also love how it integrates with HubSpot and other top technologies.
All-in 1 project management solution, I like the feature where under a task you have the option of chatting with a client. This eradicates the need of using any other tool to cover communication.
There is nothing to dislike. I have been using Rocketlane since 6 months now and have seamlessly managed all my day to day project management related tasks. I can send reminders and assign tasks to both internal and external parties.
The biggest bit Rocketlane is solving is having the tasks, updates, reminders, client communications, file sharing, all at one place. It is so easy to track the progress and assign the tasks to responsible parties, follow up on then by chatting in the same tasks for everyone's reference.

RL has solved our issues with one source for all our data and onboarding processes. We have minimized our CRM use and other 3rd party solutions we now use inside RL. We have also reduced other expenses to help this system pay for itself. Their onboarding was also world-class.
We were not sure what onboarding service to go with, but once we saw what Rocketlane had to offer we were excited to see how this could help improve our customer onboarding process. The flow of implementation has been great. We have been met with understanding and patience.
Currently I haven't seen anything I unlike about Rocketlane. We are new to the platform and so far we are pleasantly surprise with the ease of use and friendly support we have been met with.

The link between calendar and timesheets don't happen correctly all the time.
I believe that Rocketlane solves the issue of project management, where we get to manage all our projects in one place and track progress simultaneously. The fact that we could pick the project we're working on, select the individual tasks, and set the individual hours spent on each of them, makes the timesheet filling process really easy.

There are very limited training materials available to help with learning the application. Visually the customer interface can be overwhelming for customers. There is no way to have tasks stay hidden until something triggers it.
We have 300 schools we need to onboard each year. Keeping track of all the schools, their data they submit, and the step in the process they were at was almost impossible before Rocketlane.
