Have had a few issues connecting at times or having to log back in. This can lead to some people leaving a chat before I'm able to get to them in time.
Problem it is helping with is being able to reach out to overseas clients/customers. We hope it will continue to increase sales.
You can easily sell to the prospects, and put the support customers in the right direction .The theme look very nice, I've used a lot chat applications and this one simply looks good.
There is no windows desktop application to install but dont think its bad, we are in 2019.

When everything works, it's everything you need it to be and bloat-free.
This is mostly regarding the Android app- when it doesn't work, it likes to toggle availability for reasons unknown and not notify of incoming messages at all or only once it's too late. This happens even if the device is on with the screen unlocked.
It's allowed us to help any customers that've overlooked or simply been unable to find the answers to their questions via our website. I'm assuming a decent chunk of those we've assisted with the help of PureChat might not have been assisted otherwise.
I like that we're easily able to communicate with members or visitors to our website.

It was very easy to get started and adding to our website was a simply copy/paste of code. Was also an affordable price and Infusionsoft integration allowing chat records to be funneled to our CRM.

this online chat can save a lot of time that telephone calls can take, being transferred between department etc. Customers can ask us questions relating to a specific course and we have their details in front of us.
I like that we can see when the other is typing as to avoid confusion.
How often the site goes down. I will often try to get to a customer's chat, but then the site will crash and the questions go unanswered, potentially losing us a sale.
It is so helpful being able to communicate with a potential customer immediately, as soon as they have a question. I think a lot of sales we have are due to the info they receive through pure chat.

Ease of use. Purechat couldn't be easier to apply. Simply drop in a javascript tag and your ready to go. I also love how you can customize the display settings of the chat widget in a simple interface.
3 things I don't like 1. Purechats main menu is confusing, especially having some navigation options that open in a new window and some that don't. Keep it consistent please! 2. Email receipts don't work for me. I've tried multiple emails. Nothing. 3. Sometimes the scripts that purechat serves are uncompressed.
