I can create and send newsletters, landing pages, create and send email sequences on behalf of our sales team. I am also able to integrate our wix website with hubspot which is pretty cool.
Nothing that I can think of. It is one of the best and easiest marketing tools in the market.
Able to do lot of prospecting, generate leads etc. Easy to create and send newsletters
I have been using Hubspot for the last 2 years now and am very happy with the user experience and customer support.
Pricing is very complicated and needs to be simiplified.
Lead scoring and lead nurturing.
The Marketing Hub reflects the latest best practices in inbound marketing.
Can be a bit of a learning curve to understand each step of the process.
Making it easy to do everything all in one place.
Hubspot Marketing Hub is a very intuitive platform. You don't have to be an expert or learn code because it is easy to use and helpful for all Marketing purposes. Besides, it gives you great recommendations to improve SEO, and it has an inner structure that reduces bounce rate and improves results. The help center is also fantastic; you receive help in minutes.
The landing pages could improve the mobile responsive feature since now more than 80% of the users are mobile.

Hubspot keeps all of our data secure and in the same place. I love that it's easy to control all of our Ads, marketing emails, social media posts, and more! Also the customer support via chat feature is incredible! It seems like they are available at almost any time during regular busienss hours.
Honestly I haven't found anything I don't like about using hubspot, everything is great- There are a few minor things that I think are specific to our company but nothing worth changing compeletey!
It's helping us be more efficient by allowing us to manage almost every single aspect of our business and marketing in one easy-to-use system. It saves us time and money!
Hubspot Marketing Hub truly is the all-in-one solution for digitally-savvy marketers. There are features and tools built-in for every aspect of your integrated marketing campaign, from managing social media posts and ads to building landing pages, thank you pages, emails, and nurtures -- they all connect to your campaign for a full view of your campaign's performance.
List processing takes a very long time as you have to wait for HubSpot to build your list based on your criteria. List building is the part of my process that takes the longest and is the biggest pain.
We are automating our marketing processes and getting smarter about our approach to digital marketing. As a small marketing team of three, we are automating our email workflows for demand generation campaigns, as well as nurturing new leads we generate through a variety of inbound tactics. We also use a lead scoring model to present only the best MQLs to our sales team. We are reducing a lot of the manual efforts and record-keeping that are required to collaborate effectively with Sales. It's all recorded in Hubspot CRM so both teams know what's happening from a marketing perspective and the actions each contact is taking with our content.
The marketing and tracking of leads in one portal.
The lack of two-way communication (passing data) on either a limited, one-way- or no-way occurrence.
lead tracking, low engagement
The price is excellent for everything you get: email marketing, marketing automation, social media integration, a CRM, and many more!
Lack of freedom in designing and creating website pages when we are not a developer.
The automation of many marketing processes, such as automatic emails, which saves me a lot of time.
I like the integrated features (landing pages, forms, CTA, blog post and social media publishing tool). It centralized everything you need to manage your brand online and generate leads.
The step between Martketing Starter and Marketing Pro is a big one in term of price and features. I'm dreaming of an intermediate package to help smaller clients experience the power of the Marketing Hub Pro, without the high price tag so client can see how it will make their life easier.
Conversion is easier to track when you use the marketing hub. With forms, CTA, smart content, you can craft a specific journey for each persona and measure how efficient your assets are. With the traffic analytics by sources, it's easier to follow our monthly progress and we can make more informed decisions.
Our team enjoys being able to schedule out mass amounts of email campaigns in a short period of time, collect the data later and adjust our marketing campaigns accordingly based on the data. We're also able to see stats to clean up, remove and review focus points for what is and isn't working. Super Useful!
The tough part is simply doing the tedious work, but it's a necessary evil for progress to be achieved.
We are sorting valuable leads from lists and in order to define the prospects in the groups of lists from the non-prospects; we have to email, social post and blog post to see what is getting traction and when. The Analytics tools are Great to identify what is working and what isn't.
That I can create my own e-blast in minutes.
I don't really have any issues or dislikes. The marketing email site is so easy. When updating or adding new features it would be easier to learn if there was a video to watch as sometimes the wording is confusing.
Hubspot helps keep my budget in tow. I have found that I don't need an entire marketing team to create content for my doctors. I can do it myself in a few steps.
Its super predictive and easy to use, has a lot of tools and it's super complete, I can integrate all the automation tools for my marketing process
It has an amazing CS, but it will be better if CS works quickly
It pairs great with salesforce, workflows are amazing for CRM process.
Hubspot can be set to work with a bunch of other apps and websites to take in customer information, deals, and information required to target marketing accordingly. Once drips have been set, we just need to sit back and let the powerful engine run. The reports are great in forecasting and planning for the future.
Once the customer list is big enough, the costs get a little too expensive to keep the account building to gather tons more emails.
Bucketing customers based on the source they came from and marketing specific campaigns to them based on their characteristics. This helps to deecide what message are we sending out to them.
Workflow automation and email marketing tool are the most used and liked feature.
The pop up banner which always gets displayed and the glitches faced while creating emails.
During the creation of automated or regular email, the copy and paste feature glitches out causing issues in the email to be redone.
It's so user-friendly and helpful! It makes it so easy to manage our blog articles and web pages all in one place. I love how clean the functionality is, and now that we have our whole website in-house, we can make changes so quickly!
I truly have not found anything missing yet! The one thing I would say is maybe providing a little more clarity on how to add blog posts to a HubDB table, because that confused me at first. Maybe a button that lets you add it in directly with all its links?
For us, we did not have our previous website in-house. We worked with a third-party website developer, and whenever we needed to make the smallest change to our site, we had to wait a long time for them to do it. Now we can make any changes we want without having to wait!
