Our dedicated CSM, Katelyn, is great. Plus their UI is very easy to use.
Their SMS is a little bit outdated to competitors.
We've been able to customize so many more emails!
Easy to send email marketing with and track sales. The dashboard is easy to use and effective.
Tracking sucks since we have a subscription business. It picks up sales that are not due to the email marketing but yet the rebill.
We are adding more sales and magsing customers expectations.

The flows. I am a very small business and do EVERYTHING myself..so to have this automation is perfection.
Sometimes the photos I use show up really big in inboxes and I would love some automatic notice that shows me if my file is not too big to be received but may look distorted inside of an inbox... I resize all the time but can forget, so it would be a helpful tool and increase the results of my campaigns.
The main reason I use this platform is to grab as many people as I can that hit my site and automatically have conversations with them without having to do anything after the initial setup but look at results and modify/pivot occasionally. I have so many more sales because of how I implemented this platform.
I love that Klaviyo integrates with Shopify so well. Because of this, I can trigger so many automations that drive revenue for my clients. I also love all of that data that Klaviyo can pull - sometime's its better than Shopify!
Klaviyo can be hard for my clients to understand. Because it has more complicated features, it can be hard for them to wrap their head around triggers and what not.

Klayvio is linked to my website so that all of my contacts go straight into the software. It is so easy to send out email campaigns with wonderful results! Anyone can use it!

None, I maybe wish they had integrations with fb ads or google ads so it could take over a tracking software like Hyros.

The templates don't translate particularly easily to different branding. It can take some effort to translate it to something that matches our brand.

Trying to market to different audiences at different times for different things is difficult to do on social platforms. Klaviyo makes this more achievable.
There are a few things I love about Klaviyo. From the ease of use to the great ways you can set up segments and triggers for your email campaigns. So much more effective than just blasting an email to your entire list. While more expensive than others like MailChimp, the sales and effectiveness of your email campaigns surpasses it and makes up for way more than the monthly fee.
It does take more time. Due to the different profiles and multiple triggers, segments and lists you have, you do have to spend more time on it to make it work well for you. It is worth it though, just know you can't set it and forget it.
The biggest problem we solved was with automated emails. Using Klaviyo allowed us to set up so many different automated emails and journeys for our customers, that we have spent far less time on manual mass targeting emails. And those brought in terrible open rates and deliverability. With ease of using triggered emails and segments, our open rates are great and so is the deliverability.

Sometimes it's a little glitchy, like when I'm writing emails it freezes up once in a while and I have to start over.

It is an easy to use platform to set up email campaigns. We thoroughly enjoy Klaviyo and its ease in use. IT connected very easily to our Shopify store.
We did get a ban by mistake. That bad part was, it took forever to get ahold of anyone to lift the ban.
We use it to send empty cart emails, monthly emails, sale campaigns, and informational emails to our customers.
The entire platform is easy to navigate, straightforward, and pleasant. The design side is seamless, managing single campaigns vs. flows is a breeze. Live chat helps too.
I wish there were a little more custom data ranges. Instead of 7 last days, etc., I wish every aspect of every flow, campaign, piece of data can be traced to an exact day.

The feasibility to create flows and designs as a user as well as the numerous integrations with other platforms. I am able to customize a lot where other competitors fall short.
I am not a big fan of the SMS side of Klaviyo. Those features are more limited. I use Klaviyo for email only and use another platform for SMS until they improve cost and design features.
Klaviyo handles all of our customer email communications seamlessly. We are able to retarget and engage our existing customer base best through using Klaviyo for email.
My Klaviyo emails land in more subscribers inboxes and my open rate is very high. Emails are easy to construct!
Software is so robust, I know I can't use all of it. I would attend online classes if they offered them, as I'm sure I'm missing opportunities.

I like the step-by-step simplicity of creating emails. Drag and drop boxes help me create emails that look great without having to have any coding knowledge. It's also convenient to have a quick view of how the email will look to the recipient.
My main 2 complaints were recently fixed. One was needing the ability to edit an email after a scheduled send, and the other was wanting an "undo" option. Klaviyo recently made these updates.

I sometimes struggle to get signup forms to work on my Shopify site.
We recently started using SMS and the results have been fantastic! It's was easy to setup and our customers love it.
Klaviyo is really the best ESP for e-commerce businesses on the market. Setting up flows is easy, and I love the visual set up so I can easily see my customer's journey and make changes as needed. The analytics are comprehensive and more than enough information to make me look like a marketing genius. Also, the tutorials are very helpful to make the most of Klaviyo.
Changing or editing flow triggers isn't possible; I have to clone the flow first. Also, when viewing the lists&segments page, I wish I could see the breakdown of the segments according to the list they are in. This would not only help me as a solo entrepreneur but also help my VA to know which list/segment to set up a campaign or flow for. For example, I have 2 lists: Fire Catchers & Garden Growth. I'd like to see breadcrumbs on the segments such as: Fire Catchers: 1st Purchase or Garden Growth: 30-day Engaged.
Klaviyo helps me view the customer journey, and track their movement on my website. I'm still fairly new to Klaviyo (5 months) and discovering how robust it is. I love how much data I have for each profile because I can do more to send unique emails to them. I used MailChimp previously and although I was an advanced MailChimp user and have fairly complex automations, Klaviyo flows and tracking the customer journey make what I was doing with MailChimp look like a child playing dress-up with her mother's clothes.
The platform is easy to use and the drag and drop campaign creator is excellent. Email automation has increased my online business by a lot and saves me so much time and guesswork.
I wish the design functionality was a little more robust.
The resend function to. non-openers is challenging to use. My customer outreach is on point as a result of Klaviyo.
