I love the fact you can move, change, and add anything anywhere on the page. I know sites like Leadpages have a method to not being able to control things I just find it so difficult to find a landing page template that suits my needs on Leadpages. With Instapage that isn't an issue. I also like the cleaner look of Instapage and find it easier to navigate with less clutter.

I've had issues with integrations not sending leads over to my email providers like Aweber and ActiveCampaign on occasion. It's intermittent at best and has been a deal breaker for some of my clients but I haven't had enough issues yet to axe it.

They have a more web 2.0 look that's clean with distinct page sections that I really like and have found the clean look has helped with increased conversions.

The ability to add multiple domains was a welcome surprise. It made managing and organizing my projects a breeze. Whether I needed to analyze different websites or test various campaigns, the flexibility offered by this feature ensured seamless integration and efficient workflows. The A/B testing feature proved to be a game-changer. It allowed me to effortlessly compare different variations and determine what worked best for my needs.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the presence of random bugs within the product. These unexpected glitches not only disrupted my workflow but also eroded my confidence in the product's reliability. It was disheartening to encounter these issues repeatedly, as they hindered my ability to use the product effectively and efficiently. When I reported these issues to the support team, the resolution process often seemed slow and prolonged. The delayed bug fixes only prolonged my frustration and hindered my productivity. Additionally, I found it disappointing that it seemes to have multiple ongoing problems. It gave the impression that the development and maintenance of the product were not given adequate attention.

The A/B testing feature provided comprehensive insights, enabling me to optimize my strategies and achieve better outcomes. Another standout feature was the heatmap functionality. While occasional bugs were present, they did not significantly hinder the overall performance of the heatmap. It provided valuable visualizations of user interactions and behavior.

I love how user friendly it is. It has a lot of customization options and features. Giving us the abiliity to use it as a replacement to Lead Pages with much more functionality and customization options.

They have changed their model over the years and increased pricing drastically. Fortunately, they have been easy to work with and have helped us with our needs. We have stayed with them. Our goal was to have a simple tool for creating sales pages and lead pages. This gives us that tool.

It gives us the ability to spin up quick lead pages and sales pages. We are able to duplicate pages we have built and easily create new ones for our business. This has been a valuable tool.

I fell in love with Instapage 7 years ago when I was looking for a landing page platform because the do-it-yourself setup was so slick and flexible. I have never used a template - not even a single time - but have created maybe 100 landing pages or more for various events, resources, trainings, websites and so on. As Instapage went big on enterprise mode I have roadtested several other platforms but simply couldn't get the same kind of functional flexibility that Instapage provides.

For me, it was a hard turn ini the wrong direction when Instapage went all in on enterprise mode. The price went way up to justify a whole host of very high-level upscale features that my teensy microbusiness didn't ask for and would never use. If I were entering the landing page building world now I would never go with Instapage on price alone. That said, I haven't been motivated to take all my landing pages anywhere else .... yet.

I am using about 2% of Instapage's features. Basically they have turned to big enterprise mode and I'm not there. They've made it clear they are no longer aiming to serve the very small businessperson. For me, the do-it-ytourself functionality of their landing page builder is still a big plus for me but I suspect I'm in a tiny minority.

I like it because Instapage is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, with a drag-and-drop interface and lots of templates and design tools that help users create professional-looking pages quickly and easily.

I don't like instapage because it is a paid service, the prices don't satisfy me.

Instapage can be a great choice for you, especially if you are looking for a convenient platform with many features and integrations.

It's SO easy to create lots of simple landing pages in a relatively short amount of time. This tool is great for building our PPC and gated content landing pages.

It's insanely frustrating that you can spend hours perfecting the layout of a page for desktop, and when you switch to the mobile view all of your elements get scrambled and you have to spend even more time recreating a cohesive flow for mobile.

We're able to achieve a uniform style and stay true to our brand across all of our landing pages.

Easy to use in terms of design. I feel like I'm not restricted by their tools when I'm designing my pages. It's also easy to duplicate your pages and create new variations.

Poor integration settings, especially for HubSpot forms and Google Analytics. I've had to spend hours configuring their forms to sync to HubSpot correctly. It would be nice if you could use HubSpot forms directly on the pages, even though a code block. It also doesn't play nice with Wordpress.

We are able to spend less time designing our pages and spend more time improving our ads. I can be sure that the desktop and mobile experience is the same regardless of your device.

The most helpful tool Instapage offers its subscribers is the ability to build a website and view it at the same time. There is no coding involved - what you see in the builder tool is what you can expect to see on your finished page...it's incredibly simple!

The only feature I wish Instapage had is the ability to create sub folders for organization purposes. My organization manages hundreds of pages and it would be nice to sort them in a more organized way.

The system has some feature limitations that could be improved I think. Namely interactivity on the landing pages is pretty much non-existent. And the really custom HTML and CSS is still a little clunky.

I love how easy the set up was. The drag and drop design is easy for people who don't know code, but it also allows coding options for those who do. Customer service has been easy to contact. They are quick with their response times and have suggested workarounds or provided videos to help fix any issues. They are really good about always improving the interface and adding new features to the site.

There are only a couple of minor issues that I dislike. One is offering a Drupal community-approved update to their module. We are using a slightly older version of Drupal and it appears they don't have plans to offer a Drupal-approved update to their module for that version. There are also random bugs when trying to format text. For example, sometimes a sans serif font appears as a serif and doesn't seem to want to change. If you work with a template and some code, it can be challenging to edit the default coding. The built-in forms can be a bit limiting. The program will try to automatically reformat for mobile, but it may not always be exactly the way you want it to look, so there is a bit of redesigning required when going to mobile.

We needed a one-stop, catch all page for our advertising campaign. Instapage has been a quick, easy option to create and manage all our landing pages in one place without having to know any code, but also having code as an option for those who do. The ability to add our own tracking codes as well as track inside Instapage itself has been a big help as well.

The builder/editor is easy to use with useful features like element grouping, multi-select with mouse drag, and automatic mobile formatting (which isn't perfect, but it's helpful!).

Some of the UI/UX features arent well thought out in the platform itself resulting in more work. I.e. the email notifications have to be set up per page, and you cannot add team members account-wide (has to be done repeatedly per "Workspace).

A page can be built & setup within 2 minutes, the interface is quite easy to understand and clean, huge lot of interesting templates to choose from

Limited capabilities within forms i.e. no option for captcha code or no validation criterias, inability to change font to match internal branding guidelines, inability to add a 404 (page not found), now way to monitor source of lead, no "click maps" on landing pages to verify which CTA worked best

I use instapage to solve my major roadblock i.e. inability to capture leads on my local CRM. Instapage helps me capture my leads from multiple sources, allows me to analyze visitors vs. submissions, collects leads in an exportable format that I can import into any CRM.
