What do you like best about Copper?

Seamlessly integrates with google apps. Very easy to use. Can add contacts directly from gmail. Good customizations.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Gmail plugin can be a bit clunky. Though you can minimize it.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using the app primarily for contact management.

What do you like best about Copper?

Superb integration with Google. We are primarily using everything Google - email, calendar, etc. and this integrates very nicely with that and is easy to use.

What do you dislike about Copper?

So far so good - don't have anything that I don't like about it. Perhaps the pricing could be a little better.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking and managing client relationships in the most effective way possible. Prosperworks allow us to do that.

What do you like best about Copper?

I love everything about ProsperWorks. Their features work like magic every time, and unlike other CRMs I looked into, they NEVER sold me on bells and whistles that would end up disappointing. I've already recommended ProsperWorks to my friends, and I can't wait to see what updates they provide in the future!

What do you dislike about Copper?

There aren't quite as many features as other CRMs I have used.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm trying to create workflows around customer contacts, tracking e-mails and phone calls, and analyzing metrics on my sales pipeline.

"Great System - Love the Google Integration"
What do you like best about Copper?

The pipelilne view and complete Gmail integration sold our team on the product. I also personally really like the Custom Activities and overall layout of the system. I can look at details of a specific opportunity and pull up an overview of the company or my point of contact all in one screen. This is huge.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I wish there was an option to create a custom field that would allow for multiple selections. With regards to leads and opportunities, I wish that the system was able to show me the last time I responded to by a lead or contact.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

CRM related business problems.

Inability to reply to an email from within Prosperworks. The lack of flow through to all contacts when changing a company status. Lack of duplicate checking.

What do you like best about Copper?

The software is designed to support the sales process, and for that purpose, it is quite a good, reliable tool. The data model is logical and easy to understand. It's very easy to find what you're looking for, it is easy to add, update and share stuff. Perfectly working Gmail integration.

What do you dislike about Copper?

On the cons, there are just three things - one big, one small, one rare. The big one - no support for campaigns. Let's say that you have to call 1200 clients to invite them to the conference. You need to export data to an external tool, put them in Excel or Google Docs, and run the process there. So, if you're doing campaigns - Copper will not support you natively. The small one - well, the Copper is using the popular UX approach, putting lots of vacuum between objects. This makes the forms run through multiple screens, while I would definitely prefer to have everything on a single screen, so I can work with it. Also - the data distribution is not quite convenient. The important stuff is mixed with less important data. When I open the contact form, I want to see the phone number and the email address. It should be in different colors, bigger fonts, separate frames, whatever. In Copper - it is mixed with less relevant information, so you have to waste those precious seconds to find what you need. Also, there was one misdesign in the data model, which prevented us from filtering some important data by some custom fields. It does not affect regular use, but for an advanced power user - it was somehow surprising. As far as I remember - we have done a workaround by utilizing some regular field in a custom way, so... nothing that cannot be fixed with an "insulating tape" approach.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

I track my day-to-day work as a salesperson, I've put my opportunities, set tasks, reminders, alerts, calculate my numbers. Copper has helped me to focus on important things and navigate through my priorities.

Search bar doesn't always populate the right results

What do you like best about Copper?

The gmail integration is key for our needs. Being able to easily add contacts and notes while interacting with clients and potential partners in my email browser window saves time and allows greater compliance with CRM data input.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Copper could continue to increase its integrations with other useful tools without needing Zapier connections. The interface does sometimes crowd my gmail interface with unnecessary tools.

What problems is Copper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Copper helps me keep track of my sales leads, current clients, vendor partners and databased in an easy to use fashion. I love the GSuite integration where you can easily add contacts directly in your gmail window.

Like the fact that it reminds me when to follow up with leeds, their service is also excellent.

What do you dislike about Copper?

Price off can be better, as it was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend for a CRM.

Leed follow-up was the main issue I was having. I like the simplicity of Cooper

The upside to Copper is that it is easy to use. If you are looking for an easy way to track and manage your accounts - it is great.

What do you dislike about Copper?

There are some things you cannot do in Copper. - Getting reports is very limited. -You cannot have levels or tiers - for example, if I wanted to list a " parent" with other organizations under it - I cannot - You don't have a spot for a "main contact" - just lists all people - limited search capabilities: example: I cannot search by a phone # or license key - the non-ability to generate quotes directly in Copper

What do you like best about Copper?

The fact that I can set up reminders for myself and also tag colleges with reminders. I also like the fact that it can record conversations across various platforms.

What do you dislike about Copper?

I would like an automated reminder on tasks that have not been actioned after 2 months. I would also like the ability to track sales in multiple currencies rather than the currencies converting to a single currency.

It is helping me keep track of my sales pipeline and also allows me to record conversations and progress sales conversations further as it has a timeline of function.
