I need more analytics. The analytics that are downloadable are a little different hat the ones on the dashboard. I still love the app tho.

I just started using Zoho Social about 2 weeks ago, but I can tell you that being able to measure brand health and engagement with post activity has been a game-changer already. Anyone looking to fast-forward their business needs to try this right away. The ability to post to multiple social channels at once, now or later, is such a benefit. It's also worth noting that there are a ton of free webinars and training videos to help even the Luddites manage their social media presence with ease.
Instagram integration has been hobbled by API restrictions from Instagram. This isn't Zoho's fault, and would impact competitor offerings as well. I only wish I'd found Zoho Social sooner.
Before Zoho Social, I only knew that my social media strategy wasn't working as well as I'd hoped. Now that I have this awesome platform, I have the key metrics I need to refine my post strategy and content as well as the ability to create content when I feel like it and the post it when it will benefit my business the most. As far as benefits realized, in the last two weeks my website traffic has increased 800%.

Ease of use is really important to me and Zoho Social has met my expectation on every level.
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. I do suggest that if you are a newbie, that you take the time to review the platform and get familiar with all the benefits.

I started using ZOHO Social after Crowdfire went bust and I am very pleasantly surprised how well it works and how easy it is to find anything you want. 100 Stars from me! This is the best app on the market right now!
I only dislike the guidelines for videos and gifs on scheduled posts to twitter.

Can repeat same post daily .. great opportunity for Zoho to work on to have daily posts. There is nothing else you need as it has all the analytics . Very clean look and that is what i love about them.

Pros are being able to manage multiple brands and pages across a single platform. Lots of reporting options. Ability to monitor several channels at once and a universal mailbox for all accounts saves time and allows expedient responses to customer questions and comments.
My business has multiple locations so we have multiple Google My Business pages. The rest of our social media accounts are operated at the company wide level but the My Business pages are separate. Because of this we are not able to post to both of those accounts within the same scheduled post, we are only able to post twice as different brands. I am still learning the software though, there may be some kind of work-around for this.
Automating and scheduling social media posts primarily. I have noticed that I have more free time to focus on other issues and I am able to generate better content by focusing on multiple channels and planning posts out weeks and months ahead.
