What do you like best about Zoho Social?

automated posts are great. it allows you to not only plan but schedule and posts when your mind isn't on it. Perfect for freelancers and small agencies.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I need more analytics. The analytics that are downloadable are a little different hat the ones on the dashboard. I still love the app tho.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I just started using Zoho Social about 2 weeks ago, but I can tell you that being able to measure brand health and engagement with post activity has been a game-changer already. Anyone looking to fast-forward their business needs to try this right away. The ability to post to multiple social channels at once, now or later, is such a benefit. It's also worth noting that there are a ton of free webinars and training videos to help even the Luddites manage their social media presence with ease.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Instagram integration has been hobbled by API restrictions from Instagram. This isn't Zoho's fault, and would impact competitor offerings as well. I only wish I'd found Zoho Social sooner.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Zoho Social, I only knew that my social media strategy wasn't working as well as I'd hoped. Now that I have this awesome platform, I have the key metrics I need to refine my post strategy and content as well as the ability to create content when I feel like it and the post it when it will benefit my business the most. As far as benefits realized, in the last two weeks my website traffic has increased 800%.

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. I do suggest that if you are a newbie, that you take the time to review the platform and get familiar with all the benefits.

I started using ZOHO Social after Crowdfire went bust and I am very pleasantly surprised how well it works and how easy it is to find anything you want. 100 Stars from me! This is the best app on the market right now!

I only dislike the guidelines for videos and gifs on scheduled posts to twitter.

Easy upload and repeat feature that takes few minutes to post and schedule post for future day.. you can post weekly or monthly and i love it ... You can also track your like and following of your social ... LOVE It Simple to use vs other brands and its a really clean platform for anyone to use. Try them out im going PRO with these guys for next year. Well priced. Overall 10 out of 10 product that i see my shop using for long time.. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended for anyone using a SMM tool .. I think its best in the market. Social media is king a this product solves all my needs.. Can repeat same post daily .. great opportunity for Zoho to work on to have daily posts. There is nothing else you need as it has all the analytics . Very clean look and that is what i love about them.

Get the word out via social what my brand is .. you schedule your posts and go on with your business as your social accounts get flooded with following. Product posts can be posted fast and easy and you can repeat the listing post any time you like,

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to manage. You'll be up and running same day.

I would love to see a basic photo editor, even just to crop pictures, so that instagram pics could be converted within the app.

Cannot fault using this platform. Zero issues and super easy to use! Having the ability to sperate brands makes this platform extra special and ideal for anyone working with clients

Editing the size of added images being used on Twitter. This is something very minor.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Pros are being able to manage multiple brands and pages across a single platform. Lots of reporting options. Ability to monitor several channels at once and a universal mailbox for all accounts saves time and allows expedient responses to customer questions and comments.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

My business has multiple locations so we have multiple Google My Business pages. The rest of our social media accounts are operated at the company wide level but the My Business pages are separate. Because of this we are not able to post to both of those accounts within the same scheduled post, we are only able to post twice as different brands. I am still learning the software though, there may be some kind of work-around for this.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating and scheduling social media posts primarily. I have noticed that I have more free time to focus on other issues and I am able to generate better content by focusing on multiple channels and planning posts out weeks and months ahead.
