Zoho helped me in organising all my job related docs like joining letter, bonus docs etc. It has helped me in checking out my company hierarchy. We basically use HR CRM of zoho. Zoho's HR portal has alsogood UI.
Zoho One offers customization options, but me and some of my colleagues have found that certain applications within the suite have limited flexibility for customization which can hamper our productivity sometimes but at the same time support from their team is very good so it doesn't bother us much.
We at our org use zoho one's people product which is beneficial in managing people who work in org and managing their stuff like their joining letters, pay letters, employment status, company hierarchy. It helps in ease of use, we get everything at one place.
All in one, that means we can track our goal attendance, leave, salary slip, Goal settings, chat with team members, Birthday celebrations, Tax declaration Etc...
Sometimes its server is down other than all ok, if the interface is colorful it will be better
in one application we can do everything no need any other application, we can chat with teams, share docs,upload our goal and achivemnts and also can access our salary slip

I feel the price is a little high. Many features can be confusing, and users should be trained to use all apps. Also sometimes, it gets logged off automatically.
Zoho is solving the problem of taking attendance daily and tracking all employees' work and location at one. Also, it gives the reminder of holidays to employees.
the thing i like most about zoho is it keep track of all checkin and checkout and we dont have to apply for leave manually it has inbuilt feature for taking leaves and halfdays.
the thing i dislike is the regularization feature it is not easy to remember so i think it should come with something else rather than this regularization feature
keep track of my checkins and checkouts have my data populated at one place even my leaves or any reembursement if any we can claim through zoho helpful for all employees in the organization
Location and photo capture feature while signing in and signing out is what make it very uselful in pandemic Time. This is essential tool for work from home scenario.
I think it must have bit more features in relation to tax calculation and ITR which makes it easier for calculating in hand salary. Also a reporting system should also be their though I know it's a part of sales process but something for the purpose of PIP.

I really like how easy it is to request time off and approve it. It shows me all the upcoming holidays and upcoming requested time off, so it gives great visibility on the near future scenario
It doesn't send automatic notifications for unapproved time off, which makes the process of reminding your approver to do so very manual.

What I like the most about Zoho people is, its user-friendly UI is very attractive all the employee records are very sorted I can easily check all my records like my salary slip for all months of the year, company employee list and holiday calendar, etc
It is a very good tool for the organization to maintain human resources, overall it is fantastic and nothing to dislike
Its been a month my organization migrate to Zoho from another platform, So it is very helpful for HR to organize and maintain records of employees on a central platform so they can easily track the records of any employee, Like employee performance attendance management, leave and holiday management, salary update etc
It is user-friendly, the user interface is good and very easy to use. The mobile application is great and easy to use. We have multiple sub-apps integrated to the same (Zoho Cases, Zoho Performance, etc)
Performance is little complex rest Zoho people. Rest I feel the tool has great UI and UX and is easy to use.
We did not have a system in place for keeping track of timesheets. We tried multiple tools for the same and it worked out for us. Had all the required integrations like biometric, cases, performance management, leave tracking, time tracking and reembersments.
Zoho People is a fantastic tool with attractive user interface. It syncs easily with Zoho products and can integrate with other external softwares too. Also, we canmanage all the information and details related to emplyees and announcements for the organization. We can publish any sort of information here and can take details directly from employees usig this tool.
It does not work well if you do not have a stable internet connection. We cannot operate over it if we are offline. Also, sometimes it takes a lot of time to connect with my clients and shows re-connecting several times. I think the Zoho team will improve these faults soon.
The HR Manager in our organization uses this, and we are users of this tool. It helps to update our information on our own. Zoho People has information related to our attendance, our performance, salary details, all other policies about the company. Data updates over the portal, and there is the option of taking consent of reading and receiving the information and submitting it over the portal.
Currently, I have been using this product for around three years as an HR payroll portal and to mark attendance leaves, etc.; it gives high security like multi-factor authentication and more options to explore.
The main drawback is of Zoho people is the developers should fix the crashing bugs on the android app, and the GUI is not fully loading, and some leave trackers are not correctly updated.
The main highlights are attendance tracker, smooth appraisal, and no due process, and everything can be virtually done without the physical presence of HR. The mailbox, which is to raise support requests is pretty helpful.
