I haven't had any issues thus far, however I have noticed that the product may have a little higher learning curve for some users.

Zoho People is a complete software that provides information about an employee to the company, makes it easier for HR to do daily surveillance in the office, and has a daily check-in feature that informs HR for employees when they arrive and when they leave, which I believe distinguishes this software or website from others. It's a handy tool since it also allows you to regulate where your employees clock in and out and securely hold critical documents, such as tax forms, for your employees. It may also be used to track an employee's hours worked over the course of a week or month and export that data for use with any payroll program.

I can't say I dislike it, but not all businesses are aware of it, which means that not everyone in the business world is aware of it, so we need to publicize it more and, yes, make it more beneficial for this. There were a few small flaws in previous editions, but the support team proved to be amazing since they were able to correct them all in the newest version, It would also be nice to add a few more subjects, but adding a few more fields to the information sections would suffice.

They have fairly substantial support documentation, but it is frequently out of current - and at least a half dozen times I went to the documentation and discovered it was missing the precise problem/issue or feature I was attempting to solve.

Also it helps a lot when I need to search any of my colleague's name and details, it comes out to be very handy. Applying leaves on Zoho people is very easy as well and just a one-click task.

Zoho People has all the features integrated in it very well so as such there is nothing to dislike of the tool.

It helps me track my leaves balance, keep up with my daily attendance and record my daily work progress and my billability quite easily. The app comes in very handy for these daily tasks.

Zoho people is a complete software for HRMS which includes every profile details of employees, be it their basic details details or their professional details or their interest.

It also helps to track leaves and holidays. Zoho People is like an internal social media website for the organisation too, as it helps employees interact with each other on the platform itself.

It allows us to check our salary slips and requests for leave. I use it every day for check-in and check-out. it is easy to implement, install its mobile app, and start using.

There is nothing big to dislike. But its loading speed can be improved.

It has lots of features to manage timesheets. Update policies and makes announcement easily. Everything is accessible from any device at any time. Makes the onboarding process easy.

I really like Simplified UX of the application. Its really nice to see a startup from India can build this great tool.

There are two things which they need to improve :- 1) Speed 2) Customer Service

We can access everything about us, apply leaves, fill our timesheet, Self appraisal, view birthdays & anniversaries all in the same application. This saves lot of time for everyone.

I like Zoho People for tracking time, applying leave and tracking attendance too.

In some cases it takes time more than expected to reload.

Nothing that much for now. For a new bee ,it finds difficult to get hands on. After spending some time, it is easy to use.

Onboarding become paperless. Now HR has more time for other activities. Employee can easily see there available leaves and apply easily, while in previous they have to reach HR for all those things.

One of the best platforms for HR activity, you can monitor each and everything of the employee if there is a background check you can do it with one click. if the organization is big and you want to handle Human resources you go for this application.

Zoho is good to be used on my laptop but when I tried using it on my mobile phone through an app I found it very difficult to use. It has less features on mobile app if we compare to use it on laptop

I had an issue to tracking timings and leave attedance of my team but now Zoho has helped me alot in making my life easier. The rosters and scheduling is very easy here on Zoho

I can view my tax and all tax declaration on one page. I can edit my tax declaration and see the resultant tax immediately, which allows me to tweak my tax deductions in the best possible way.

1. The user interface is a bit glitchy. 2. Sometimes, the information does not get updated immediately. 3. A learning curve exists for new users. It is a bit overwhelming when we see it for the first time
