What I appreciate most about this tool is that it allows quick access to users and each employee can self-manage their personal and work data. In addition the interface is very friendly and easy to understand, none of the users have had any problems with the platform. I like that the plans and models are competent and editable according to the company's guidelines. I like the hierarchical organization that the platform formulates and also the productivity reports of each employee that it generates automatically. On the other hand, it is no longer necessary to keep track of each employee's vacations and days off, not to mention the fact that they are organized in such a way that they do not coincide between employees. However, thanks to Zoho People, this process is now automated and there is even a work calendar available where each employee can view his or her vacation time and days off per month. Registration on the platform is free and if you have only 10 employees you can manage them through the platform at no cost, however if you have a large company you have to cancel the service, I think the tool is worth every penny, as there are many benefits it has provided to the company. Finally I can't forget to mention that I love its mobile version, since through any smartphone you can see the productivity capacity of each employee and be aware of their performance, as well as see if they work a full shift or on the contrary have had to leave.
There is nothing I don't like about this tool, in my opinion it is perfect.
As this is such a large company, it has not been possible to do without the human resources area, but thanks to Zoho People it has been possible to optimize the processes and make the employees happy with the results.
Zoho People is super useful, what I like best about the platform is that through a single click I can request information and quantification of my days off and my vacations, by that means I can also request those vacations, while Zoho People is responsible for booking the vacations on the dates indicated without interfering with the vacations of other members of the department; and I can not fail to mention, that the same system has a calendar segmented by department which is excellent because each one can see what dates were assigned the days off and vacations. I also like very much that through Zoho People I can answer personalized forms adapted to my work topic, so it was extremely easy to get a job within the company I am currently working for because my profile was adapted to it. With Zoho People you can also see graphically the organization chart of the company, and although it may seem a small detail, sometimes it is super useful.
I have nothing negative to say about Zoho People, in my opinion it is the best platform in its niche.

What I like best about this application is that employees can self-manage their own HR data through pre-set parameters. It is a dynamic platform and very easy to use it is almost intuitive. With Zoho People it is much easier to analyze the pattern of employee absence and calculate both days off and vacation, it is also much easier to instantly see if an employee can go on vacation on the date requested without interfering with another member of the same work department and the best thing is that everything can be viewed through a departmental work calendar to which each employee has access and thus avoid any conflicts between employees. At the same time you can check the work performance of each employee through statistical tables. This tool also allows me to personalize the questionnaires so that I can ask exact questions with reference to the company's guidelines. Finally, one of the things I like the most is that it also has a mobile application that works in both iOS and Android and this allows me to keep track of the information from anywhere and anytime I am.

Simple UI & great Backend process as the creation of database is quite easy. the hr work becomes easy to access. the best of zoho is customization of Organisation Tree is awesome. emails are sent very quick. The Design & model is efficient and it also automation are available.
The disadvantage of this application is that it is a bit expensive. the dashboard could be more attractive & appealing. It should have more customization of layouts or views.
Keeping track of employees in a small business is a pain which has been overcomes by Zoho People. maintaing books excel files & keeing track for employees has been reduced. the price at which it is designed its perfect for small & mid size of organisations.

It's a very easy to use tool that is economical & easy to implement. The app is great & the ability to apply for leave on the go is great. Filling up of time sheets is a breeze and small features like coping the previous days logs really helps when you are in a hurry. Organization charts are very helpful when you need it & it is laid out pretty well for you to see.
The dash board could have been a bit more appealing & doesn't stand out. It should have been more customizable so you could set what you want to see first rather than the fixed layout.
The problem of filling time sheets & tracking the hours people spend on projects. Being able to see how much time was spent on a particular job or a particular project solves the issue of allocation of resources & utilization of them.
The face that this program is excellent at Connecting People with People is amazing.
There are some contact elements that Google contacts has that would be nice if zoho were able to integrate and or develop
zoho people has managed to allow us to combine different tasks from different software packages and suites both desktop and browser based in to a single multi functioning platform. this feature alone has saved our company and the people much effort and time now that every process has many more reduced steps
The cloud and mobile platform ahs made our lives easier. We can now track employee checkin and check out locations. It's highly customizable as per our needs and i recommend this app to all.
Nothing that we've noticed so far, however there may be a few areas of improvement. The Zoho support team is very responsive and has helped us in smooth transition.
