works well with google drive and fairly easy to use.
my issue most likely, but i would like training videos and maybe some more customization
easy way to develop reports and distribute
Very simple to use. Took a few hours to get my first report out. Easy to publish via email to my team.
Ease and ability of joining data from more than one source.
Better sales transparency.
Facility of use Ability to import and share easily any data Price Availability and benevolance of support team
Regular slow down requiring the indexation of tables by Zoho Support Team It is a pity that Zoho does not offer the ability to combine sql data on one side and direct data input by users on the same table Support is not adapated to European working hours and is limited to English.
Complex reporting from 30 agencies specialized in B2B services
Fully integrated with the Zoho suite, making it simple to get all our data at the same place.
Not the best tool out there for advance reporting.
Get analytics report and integrate them with our Zoho CRM leads.
Ability to integrate it with our product seamlessly and generate the insights required.
Nothing, overall the experience was good.
Analytics from SaaS product usage, pulled on a custom dashboard which is updated in real-time.
The tool is very powerful and can create all sorts of robust and complex reports. I especially like how it allows me to see what my sales team is doing and track activity for certain marketing functions.
While it is a powerful tool, it is complex to set up and often requires multiple calls to support to get resolution. Getting the issue resolved can take 2-3 calls if the first support person you talk to doesn't have expertise in that area or if you can understand them at all due to long distance and language.
Zoho Analytics gives me a quick at a glance view of anything I need a report on from Zoho CRM. It helps my team to be more productive and focus on the activities that result in the best results.
Easy to use, drag and drop fields really helps
It cannot be integrated with zoho people
It has helped us a lot in creating reports, especially for zoho desk and zoho crm.
The access to different apps that all integrate. Our company uses Zoho Inventory, Books, Shopify, and Reports. All in which we have full up to date integration between flawlessly.
There are options for payment processing, but rates are too high. We end up using Cayan and manually have to enter in transaction. The other thing is the search function is very limited. It isn't as flexible as Lightspeeds search engine for our inventory.
We always had a problem with stock integration between Amazon, our website (Shopify) and ebay. This system allows us to make sure our stock is always accurate on our ecommerce platform.
The dashboards are very helpful to our organization..
Lack of ability to report on problem, change & projects.
SLA compliance. Better ability to make data driven decisions.
There are many lightweight BI tools on the marketplace and also many heavyweights. Depending on your use cases, you might need one over the other. Zoho Reports does a good job straddling both markets -- it is a lightweight BI tool with some ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) capabilities that are useful when you need to dive into some custom, SQL reporting building.
Compared to some of the best lightweight BI tools on the marketplace it still has room to grow in the 'design' area - i.e., it doesn't look as pretty. Plus, there is no mobile phone app to date.
We deal with many nuanced data problems in school districts. Zoho Reports, when applicable, has allowed us to jump in and solve some core problems quickly.
Easy to use, within a go can check all relevant and important data points
Can be more elaborated, deeper insights missing
Analysis made easy. Saving time
That it is a web-based tool and that it comes with a lot of additional plugins. I like that it has an announcement section giving out some good content. I also like their access control settings.
It has data storage limitations in the standard plan. The UI /UX options/experience aren't as good as other tools. Conditional formatting limitations as compared to other BI tools. Visualizations could be better.
It helps with Reporting services within a particular environment. The reusability of data within workspaces to create multiple reports per the business problem is a boon.
I loved the features it provided. It was helpful to see the information in report form.
It did not display accurate data. Even tech support could not help me.
Wanted to set new goals for sales team.
A key feature that is very useful for us is the ability to sync data automatically and can schedule it periodically.
The user interface is not very intuitive and can be challenging to navigate.
Merging data from multiple databases into one location for reporting
Powerful with a lor of potentiality. Drag and drop functions, easy way to personalize graph and reports
Too technical and need expertise in database management, queries and sql
Having zoo crm Ì need cojoint tables
You can create any kind of report you can dream of, in any format. The possibilities are endless, especially having it integrated with another Zoho product to pull data from.
It's difficult to learn and not intuitive at all. Customer service via email is absolutely atrocious.
We use Zoho inventory, which has its own reporting that is lacking, so we integrate with Zoho Analytics to get a better scope of inventory/sales information, in clearer formats.
To be honest I am very disappointed with the capabilities and its limitations are forcing our business to look at a new CRM / business reporting vendor. I think you’ve done a good job configuring some standard reports that are useful to most companies My understanding of Zoho reports was that you could point the reports at any data-source within the CRM system, in any module. But this is not the case. Therefore the reporting I wanted to achieve, particularly using the Sales Order section is not possible. I think you’ve done a good job configuring some standard reports that are useful to most companies but have not provided the mechanism for companies with bespoke requirements to build custom dashboards in a flexible enough way. Sorry it not better feedback

Business Intelligence Reporting specific to our unique business
Like more robust reporting capabilities than available in CRM.
Not particularly intuitive or user-friendly
Sales and installed base reporting
