Het duidelijke overzicht en gebruiksgemak, ondanks de vele mogelijkheden.

Heb ik na 2 jaar eigenlijk nog niet ontdekt

Webinargeek helpt mij mooie webinars te geven. Het geeft mij zichtbaarheid. Mensen kunnen zich makkelijk inschrijven. En marketing rond je webinar is ook makkelijk te maken en plannen.

We like best, that is so easy to use and understand the platform. But still it has a beautiful deisgn and users find it user friendly.

I wouldnt say excatly dislike but still ... Synchronization with third RTMP parties should be improved. It also shows on their own events ... the last 2 were out of sync all the time ... sometimes it happens also to us and we need to pay for a really heigh heigh speed internet to prevent this ...

Whatever I need, they are there for me.

Very intiutive. Does what it needs to do.The customer service is awesome.

I just had a small problem with duplicating a webinar, because then I had all my settings the same, but my other webinar was in another language. And that was an issue.

What's not to like. It has all of the features I could ever need. I only have positives to say and can (and have) recommend to anyone.

Not really a problem. I wanted to run webinars and was looking for a reliable and cost effective way to do that. Webinargeek has ticked all the boxes.

WebinarGeek is handig en simpel in gebruik, alles is voorafgaand aan de masterclass in te stellen en je hoeft er absoluut niet technisch voor te zijn (ben ik ook niet ;)). Beeld en geluid zijn fijn, het uploaden van de presentatie gaat gemakkelijk en de privé chat is een mooie tool om interactie met de luisteraars te behouden

Ik vind het jammer dat ik niet kan zien hoeveel mensen de mails openen en op de links klikken, dat is waardevolle informatie die nu ontbreekt, het zou mooi zijn als dat in de toekomst wel zou kunnen.

In het begin heb ik een fout gemaakt met de links naar het bekijken van de masterclass. De klantenservice is enorm behulpzaam en super vriendelijk en snel in hun reacties. Daarmee was het probleem snel verholpen.

Makkelijk en vlug opzetbaar. Duidelijk stappenplan. Ook toen ik vast zat werd er vlug geholpen en was de uitleg super duidelijk.

hmmm de prijs zou wat minder mogen zijn. Je mag zoveel webinar geven, maar je gaat niet elke dag erachter zitten. Dus prijs zou iets minder mogen zijn wat mij betreft.

Ik geef informatie over langdurige vermoeidheid. Tot nu toe al veel mensen mee geholpen.

It's clear, the marketing emails look a lot better than my previous Webinar software, it's intuitive.

I can't choose where I want 'my face' to sit in the screen during live webinars. It's only possible on the left side. However: this is the only thing I could think of to answer the question 'what do you dislike' - because I don't dislike WebinarGeek at all. I think it's great software!

The need to allow the "Every" day setups to have some time off for a few hours. Setting up a time window.

There is a fix for a scheduling problem happening soon. It was adding extra broadcast times to the schedule.

I can create whatever I want and still have the look&feel of my company and product. It takes the workload of communications and creating reports out of my hands!

It takes to much time and effort to adjust all variables when changes need to be made in all webinars of the 'webinarreeks'. Especially for non-geeks like it needs to be easier to understand. But the assistance through the chat is amazing!! They really are kean to listen, interact to solve the problem, clarify problems and discuss it with their development team! Great plus, they WANT your feedback!

We now have the ability to invite external clients to webinars and conferences with an air of professionalism and then have the ability to analise the data of attendees afterwards. Attendees also have the benefit of a recording of the webinar being emailed to them automatically.

J'ai apprécié le fait que la société soit basée en Europe. Une fois que l'on commence à maîtriser l'outil, il est simple et ergonomique.

WebinarGeek is a tool with straightforward onboarding and understandable functions. We use it with integration to HubSpot which makes it easy to make lists and send nurturing emails to viewers and subscribers. There are also interactions, sales pages etc. which make it more interactive and makes it easy to gather information very smoothly from the viewers during a webinar. This tool is completely internet-based, so you don't need any installations to your computer, neither does the viewer. The pricing is well suited for a SME as we don't have a need for a very large setup at this stage.

At first we stumbled with the delay that appears between presenter and viewer, but after we learned they don't affect the viewers experience it all went well. A small minus is that it is not possible to have two presenters at the same time visible. And also starting the webinar also starts the recording which means you have to edit the recording if you wish to publish the replay.

We are giving presentations online to get new sales leads and to give important information to our current customers.

The webinar platform is easy to handle and the support department is excellent: easy to reach via the chat, quick, alert, and to the point. That is vital once you have a sudden difficulty just before your webinar starts.

There is no chat-support during the weekends, which can often be inconvenient.
