The pricing packages have been reasonable compared to other platforms
Some design functions are limited (e.g. margins need to be manually adjusted every time)
Creating a portfolio for design
Customer service is prompt to help is what I like best.
It's hard to do attachments document types to the website.
Having a friendly user platform to create a website.
For those that don't know how to write code or for those that do, using Ucraft is super simple. The drag and drop editing is the best I have experienced with any online website designer.
There's very little that I dislike about Ucraf. There are minor aspects of my website that I would like to tweak that I can't figure out a way to do it. The biggest of which are element placement and the imposibility of editing the site while on mobile devices.
Using Ucraft has saved me an enormous amount of time. I didn't have to learn how to code and when I did need help, the support of the Ucraft team was behind me 100%.
The templates are amazing, modern, easy to customize and the best thing is that they are free
Needs more templates and skills for Ecommerce
Easy website builder and great price
The platform is very intuitive, there are good resources even in the free plan, and the chat support is amazing. I always got fantastic support - helpful and fast.
Maybe it'd be good to get an email notification when something stops working on the website, if possible.
I have a website for my business with photos and information; this adds credibility to my work.
The short learning curve on using the tools needed to start the website. After the initial site is built the tools to enhance it are there as needed.
The inability to upload a document and link to the document. I can only upload photos or videos
We need to change our web presence and build a better website without having to use a program that required a long learning curve. The benefit is, and we are a small non-profit, was we could build a website that suites our needs.
I like the vast collection of sample templates
The tools are not as sophisticated, there are limitations in coming up with some of the more complex designs that require curves and other intricate shapes.
The need of a professional logo fast
Simple. Seo friendly and optimized. Good Support.
Awkward ux ui. Sloppy drag n drop. Few features for video management and embeding. No revoews management.
Build a website for my wife who's doctor. Manages their appointements through calendly intégration.
I love the quick customer service and how its so easy to get fast answers to dumb questions
Took some getting used to so maybe the tools could be more intuitive
Nothing really. And again i love the customer and tech support
It's very simple, especially for non-designers like me.
Nothing. ** the text requirement on this box is stupid! **
I needed a quick logo for a side project. I'm not a design person and the project I needed it for may not go anywhere so I was on a budget.
I have a lot of freedom to break from a template if I need and create as many pages as I need for my website. I'm also very happy with the price per month given the rates of other competitors.
I wish I could duplicate pre-existing elements on the page that I've already altered to have particular margins or a particular text format--it would save me a lot of time building a page. I also wish I could work on a draft page of my site, so that all my edits don't immediately go live while I work on something new.
I use ucraft to build my personal portfolio site for potential clients and employers to view my work. It's been incredibly helpful to have a page with everything I need and to have a contact form for people to reach me.
I like the possibility to optimize the website for search engines. I also like the templates they provide.
Sometimes they send too many messages.
I create landing pages
When you need direct help, someone (not a chatbot) sees and responds to your query in under 10 minutes.
Sometimes the website takes some time to load. Also, the 'help' articles don't always provide the information needed.
Availability of I.T consultants (live) for help. This has been very beneficial.
