I like that it has a super simple interface that can be understood and categorized with a few buttons. The APP on your phone is easy to use and has a reminder in case you forget what you are looking for. You can also see the amount of work that falls on each day and the amount of overtime that falls on this function. Generally speaking, I think it is a big company that has a great product that is appreciated by many individuals, who run big and small businesses.

There is nothing wrong with spreadsheets with TSheets.

Our spreadsheet with TSheets solves many problems, including time management difficulties. The spreadsheet does all the work for you at the push of a button.

Simplifies pay, prints a weekly or biweekly file, makes invoicing easier. Limited training Required — The establishment and preparation were limited as new employees were recruited. The functionality of the manager (it is useful that you can clock workers for various events by grouping them by director/event into different groups on the same day). You can see your time working simply by pressing a button.

I want to see more time-round features. Apart from that, the TSheets customer service team is fantastic and quick to help me solve the problem or find a solution every time I have had a problem. During a week we can list multiple custom jobs that are not repeated more than 2-3 times and it can make it difficult to test work and travel time. I wish there was a way to show holidays and sick hours on T sheets, but it could be lacking because our controller did not plug them into it.

TSheets are used both by our company employees and our clients in my organization. It is used by all workers. It is so much easier than tracking and logging hours individually, so payroll has been significantly simpler. The fast generation of invoices at the end of each month helps us optimize our cash flow and thereby minimize our credit line borrowings.

TSheets' advantage over typical time-clock software comes from its ability to specify not only when you're working on something, but what you're working on during that time. The simple 'clock in/clock out' button interface is enjoyable and easy to work with, as some other time management software is slightly more esoteric in design and function. A huge benefit I enjoy is the seamless integration between desktop and mobile devices. I'm able to clock into job/task at a given time, and if I'm out of the office running an errand, I'm able to make changes to my time tracking there too. Very helpful feature!

When I miss clocking in/out of a task, or transitioning, the time clock unintuitively keeps running. When I'm jumping back to correct this mistake, I wish there was some way to jump to when the most reasonable time I was supposed to changes times would be. This is a small annoyance, and doesn't truly hamper my productivity, but rather makes retroactive time adjustments a more laborious.

I'm not actively experiencing any problems with TSheets. Once you're acclimated to the learning curve of the platform, you're able to effectively document the work you're documenting.

The best thing about time sheets are it is helpful for employees working remotely to record their hourly efforts for hassle free tracking purpose. Tsheets have a user friendly interface and are easy to use.

One annoying feature is the micro management of the software. It records each and every action or check in by the user and makes it visible to the administrator.

Tsheets have a great benefit of displaying the productivity of resources and useful at times of appraisal to talk with clear evidences. Tsheets help in scheduling and responsive in all android devices. The software is flexible to use too.

TSheets has a very simple and easy to use interface that makes keeping track of your hours and billing very simple. The interface is well laid out so it is easy to see how many hours you have worked both by day and by week, as well as what you previous timesheets were.

Es una herramienta muy buena, lo único es que el GPS no rastrea la hora de llegada ya que no puede comenzar hasta que la persona inicie sesión en Tsheets. Los empleados suelen hacer creer que se les olvida presionar la hora de llegada y no es bueno, también suele marcar que el empleado esta ausente cuando esta muy cerca de mi en la oficina, pero de resto es la mejor herramienta para seguimiento

TSheets me ayuda a realizar la nómina de nuestros empleados mucho más fácil y rápido. hacerlo manual suele tardar más de dos horas, es una interfaz muy facil de usar pero debes ser muy cuidadoso en no olvidar detalles como los permisos de los empleados, la sincronización de QuickBooks u otros. Me encatna su aplicación móvil es intuitiva y muy fácil de usar para los empleados, nos permite llevar un control tanto a ellos como nosotros en menos tiempo, solo unos minutos en enseñarles cómo entrar y salir. TSheets ha sido una excelente herramienta que nos ha proporcionado métricas invaluables. El servicio al cliente siempre ha sido muy receptivo y conocedor.

Good integration to partner with to track when employees clock in and out of work for our platform Gusto

There were a few issues with the integration with Gusto and a few customers would write in for help- but not that often

It was a way to track time because our platform did not have our own and customers wanted this feature

Nothing as of yet. Everything has been easy, the few questions we did have we were able to get answered monetarily though customer support.

Keeping track of regular, overtime and vacation hours. They are all right there and accessable. Easy to log in and know what you are able to claim.

I really like the ability to adjust your clock in if needed. If you forget to clock in you have the ability to fix it and can even leave a note to explain why it was adjusted.

I can honestly say I don’t dislike anything on TSheets.

I love that it is an app on my phone. It does make it super easy to punch in and out. I also love the fact that I can go back and review what hours I worked in certain pay periods. That actually helps me budget my next pay check.

I dislike that sometimes I forget to punch out. I have to change settings so it alarms me so I don't forget to sign in or out.

sometimes I will punch out and then like 2 hours later the clock is still clicking and my boss will have to adjust the time.

Wish it had better authorization management options/rights for certain users, I also wish you could implement a time restriction on how far back users could edit their time sheets.

I am able to effectively keep track of the time spent by my contractors and pay them accordingly. This software has seamlessly allowed me to pay my employees accurately and in accordance with all CA and Federal laws.

The system makes it very easy to clock in and out. When I need to go on my lunch break I can just click the take a break feature and it counts and entire hour for me.

The timer at the top of the page will freeze sometimes and it takes a few seconds to play catch up.
