Has all the modules I need to attract and manage our talented plus good enough analytics

What do you dislike about Personio?

Lack of single file dispersion for signature. Analytics can be improved

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Single point of contact and Truth for all he related things. Employee now has everything (contract, pay slip, vacations, etc.) In one single place and HR has all integrated and time saving process with payroll, on and off boarding and doc keeping

"Most friendly all-inclusive HR system I've found"
What do you like best about Personio?

- VERY nice experience, super easy to use without any instructions (basically no workshops or extensive trainings needed). - everything in one place - recruitment and employee management system, no need for additional integrations - highly recommend for EU companies - Personio support responds super fast, built-in policies match our law base. - highly customisable - they have a nice mobile app for requesting time-off. Would appreciate if it was possible to check recruitment data in the mobile app. - Personio is being improved occasionally, they listen to customer requests and suggestions

What do you dislike about Personio?

- no Linkedin integration - pretty weak selection of job boards that Personio posts automatically - limited number of employee attributes (have to pay more for unlimited) - weak recruitment reporting - time consuming implementation - had to upload data from very specific excel files (lots of copy/paste) - we are still figuring out how to transfer applicant data from JazzHR with documents, comments and applicant stages - payroll feature seems quite useless since we are using other software which cannot be integrated - it's impossible to create workflows in the recruitment module (triggering tasks or emails)

"Great HR Software that covers all our needs"
What do you like best about Personio?

The uncomplicated and digital management of nearly all HR processes. We run everything from the onboarding process to the digital signage of contracts and performance management to the salary development in Personio. The support is great, you get a call back, helpful newsletters and follow-up mails. When you call them, they usually call back within minutes! Its really fun to work with a motivated team like Personio. Most of the time they find a convenient workaround to some many questions we ask. There is also a lot in the help centre and regular online trainings are being organised.

What do you dislike about Personio?

Some tools like the flexible work schedules and the performance tool for instance are not fully developed yet. But there is a great potential! The app is optimised for employees, not for admins. Thus, there could way more information available to have all the necessary data on the go. The set up with all different roles is quite complicated at the beginning, but it really pays out once you see what is possible. If you suggest a new function or ask for something new, it takes a really long time to get put into the system, which is understandable, but annoying.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The DATEV exports are great to help our tax accounts. The work time recording for all employees is really convenient in the app. With the exports and the statistics our location managers have a great way to compare different months, analyse our HR data and observe the performance of the employees.

Easy way to check in using the app on my smartphone

I dont see more details related to the statistics. For example, how many hours on average do I work this year?

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can easily check in using my smartphone. Sometimes, using the computer could take time, or we forget. With the smartphone, this problem is solved.

Has replaced about 20+ spreadheets with one source of truth, and integrates well with other systems we use

Initially it can be unclear in set-upwhich information is public vs private and who has visibility.

Having multiple sources for teh same information. this is solved by having Personio as the one source of truth

What do you like best about Personio?

The usability and recent UI changes are really good. It's also helped us centralise and manage a lot of previously tedious tasks. Was also reasonably easy to implement.

What do you dislike about Personio?

Sometimes it get be very slow to load. Especially when looking at payroll/salary sections

Really easy to access all our employees data safely and securely. Helps speed up process of finding out various things to.

What do you like best about Personio?

It's great to have a HRIS at all to be honest, but the best things about Personio are: - User friendly – it's a very intuitive bit of software! - Great for storing employee data - Automates lots of onboarding – which is a lifesaver - Integrates broadly well with a lot of our existing tech

What do you dislike about Personio?

It lacks flexibility in some parts of the system which makes it difficult to do things in the exact way we would like them to be done! Sometimes some areas of the platform can be quite slow

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is great for our core HR functionality and for automating lots of our onboarding. It saves us having lots of different sources of truth and from having to rely to heavily on spreadsheets. It also means our HR data analysis is a lot easier!

What do you like best about Personio?

I like the fact that the system is holistic as it includes an ATS as well as an HRIS. It is very easy to use and build workflows. The unlimited fields on an employee profile is useful. I enjoy the integration with Microsoft Teams. The performance area has definitely improved.

What do you dislike about Personio?

I think the reporting functionality could be improved and I would like to be able to support an unlimited annual leave policy on the system. The performance area could be improved further by adding anonymous feedback functionality.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to progress candidates through the selection process more efficiently so the team can work at pace. We are also able to store all the EDI data that we need on our staff.

Personio makes HR stuff way easier. It’s great at automatically handling things like bringing new people on board, and it works well with other tools we use like Slack and Google. Plus, you can change how it works to fit what you need, and it’s good at showing important info in reports.

I find that Personio's reporting capabilities, although sufficient, lack advanced analytics features. For more in-depth insights, I sometimes have to export data and analyze it using another tool, which is time-consuming. Additionally, the mobile app could be more feature-rich, as it lacks some functionalities present in the web version.

I really like how Personio puts all the HR stuff in one place. It saves a lot of time because I don’t have to mess with different systems. The way it handles documents is awesome too. Storing and finding employee documents is super easy and it makes HR jobs a breeze.

I am a bit disappointed with how sometimes Personio's customer service takes a while to respond. When you’re facing an issue, timely support is crucial. I hope they will improve it.

What do you like best about Personio?

Since support always gave us knowledgeable and individualized assistance, setting up Personio was a snap. The really individualized support was very beneficial for setting up the system. We repeatedly asked the same question, but each time we got a quick response. By managing a variety of manual HR processes, such as contracts, e-signatures, notifications for managers during onboarding, regarding contracts, and much more, Personio saves time.

What do you dislike about Personio?

It might be difficult to upload many documents at once. This might be improved, as well as the capacity to upload many files simultaneously to a single employee file. It would be fantastic if we could also alter how the dashboard looks.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the individual, I've made a significant advancement toward digitalization. Although I have demonstrated the advantages, my employer is not very interested in process improvement or digitalization. less tasks, greater employee HR self-service, and centralized information. Today's structured systems make it simple to communicate absence information and schedule vacations with the right individuals.

I still have the option to construct my procedures inside carefully thought-out technical policies. The best way I can describe Personio is as expediting HR operations like employment hiring and automating parts of the chores. Regarding the tool navigation, I appreciate how simple it is to use and locate the tools I need.

There aren't many sources for us to use as our guides. The help staff needs to react more quickly when we become stuck while trying to complete a task. Some procedures, like role-based authorization, which is a security feature but may be made easier, could be more automatic or require fewer clicks.

Personio addresses the issue of gathering and managing paperwork, such as employee records or vacation summaries. What do you like best about Personio?

Versatility, currently we are using workflows, ATS, payroll, and soon also Personio conversations. Having everything centralized is ideal for our company. I've used other bigger ATS which might provide more functionalities but Personio is similar and allows for good hiring flows for our current recruitment needs.

What do you dislike about Personio?

I don't think that it's the most attractive in layout however this speaks more to the eye than to usability. Especially in the ATS tool, some work could be done on making this more user-friendly in terms of layout.

What problems is Personio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Personio is centralizing all our HR tools into one. Previously we have either no tools for specific areas or separated tools. Employees were overwhelmed and now it's smoothed out our processes.
