I like that we can document approvals with a time and date stamp before any payables go out. This is a crucial tool for our remote workplace
It can sometimes be a little tricky to build out the apps in an exactly customize-able way.
We no longer have to have physical signatures to capture an approval. The time and date stamp satisfy our auditor just as well if not better.

The user interface is intuitive and does not need training. It has helped a lot in our organization that is spread across multiple countries to collaborate with multiple teams.

Once apps are created, it is such an efficient process to move items through approval process.
Nothing stands out at the moment. I guess it would be nice if it had an integration with our HRIS so that new hires and terminations would automatically be added to the program.

Though a little less intuitive than some of the other business process management softwares I have tried out, it was the most versatile solution we could find. We reviewed some other solutions, but they were missing branched processes and automatically starting other processes.
I could use a soluton for open forms that initiate processes with a set process owner. For example, I would like to have a public form that could receive a request or an order, which would then automatically start a process and assign it to a set person or group. Also, I would like to be able to set the from field for system emalis so it could come from our organization rather than a kissflow email.
Standardization of our most common processes. It is also a useful first step when trying to automate communication and completing parts of common processes.

Powerful integrations and tools; mobility
Excessive loading times on desktop browser, inhibiting multi-flow and quick changes which are crucial in a busy environment. Mobile app needs improvements in regards to speed, responsiveness, and login management (I randomly get logged out and sometimes a reinstall is required).
We have been solving the paper-to-digital problem with Kissflow- removing the communication and procedural barrier to ensuring the next person gets their task and moves on to the next. Regardless, we have realized the necessity of Kissflow is a game changer, and wish we had it years ago.

Workflows, where the current practice is to- fro mail & can lead to loss of information at a crucial point if followed on the mail. Here workflow tool will going to be helpful very much.
This tool provides the right balance of being easy to configure while providing granular controls when setting up logic for a process flow. The fact that it has a mobile app is excellent as many of my users are on the go and need to access workflows remotely. We have implemented this at my organization and it is taking off tremendously in a very short amount of time.
Two things, the setup for integrating to AD is very involved they would do well to offer more capabilities through a service like one login that would take care of much of this. The second is that there is no onedrive for business integration. We like many other firms use office 365 and as such use onedrive for business. We would love to incorporate this into our workflow.
Mainly digitization of manual paper based business processes.
We use the system for purchase orders. Our field people initiate the PO from the app and then receive the approval back after it is routed through a array of approval options. Works great.
If this were integrated fully into our accounting software, that would be awesome.
WE just use this for POs.

Customer service is very good, they helped me to create my initial forms from zero.
Some notification emails went to SPAM, as admin can be confusing to realize when you are in testing mode or live.

For process management
The app allows to pass internal memorandum easily among departments and save a lot of time. The notification is automatically sent to email, helping to update the status of work process
It is hard to track for historical input. There is no in-app viewer for office files so it is obligatory to download files to view the information.
We use Kissflow to evaluate new sales plan. The process is now going fluently and in-time from the creator to the evaluating then the approvals. There is no need to have paperwork for new memo
Easy to implement and very flexible too, to manage any king of multi department process
Sometime get unknown error message and is not always very stable, anyway all issue are usually easily fixed by support
All communication flows between departments are now tracked and you need much less emails and can always have under control the progress of your requests

The site often freezes while I am in the middle of making an order. This requires me to refresh the page, and restart the order. Sometimes when trying to submit one order, I will have to refresh the site as many as 8 times. That is a big dislike for me.
