JivoChat has been the best live chat we have been able to implement. Previously we used another one and when we changed to JivoChat we saw the improvements. Its design is modern, beautiful and striking. You can customize it and adapt it to the appearance of your website. It is very easy to install and put it to work on your page. And obviously it fulfills the main requirement of chatting with your visitors and very possible clients in real time when visiting your website or web business.
We really do not have anything negative to say about JivoChat, it has worked very well for us, we can only mention that since it has been on the market for a short time, it does not have as many integrations with third parties, but we hope that they will be added over time.
JivoChat has offered us great benefits, has translation in 20 languages, you can use it on different platforms such as Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. You can also integrate it with Facebook and Messenger and receive the messages in one place (the JivoChat platform), in addition to having the basic integrations such as Wordpress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal and others, something that has been very useful for us. It also has an excellent feature since it has a code that shows what the client is writing before sending it, something that does not make it much easier to respond quickly.
I love JivoChat because if you are not an expert in live chat this tool is very easy to use. Everything is simple, from the installation, to the implementation to the web page where you are going to use it. We can offer our clients support on our website 24 hours a day if we wish. The only thing that can displease us about this tool, which is that if a visitor cancels the chat by not being served on time, the system fails and can cancel other requests, which affects us by not receiving notifications of messages from new visitors . User interface is nice, call back functionality would be nice if it would work
Useless software - offers a call back functionality but the field the client can use to enter his phone number is in lots of countries to short. Client will not get an error message but connection fails. - customer service is promising a lot but never finally solving any problem or even replying to tickets. It is a black box. - chats should be delivered by email as important informations about the chat (like the URL the client visited or the source of the client) is not included in the chat archive. In 40% of the cases the emails are not sent by the Jivochat system. - If one is signed in on two devices, like desktop and mobile, and you sign out the status is changing on both devices, showing you are offline. As it should be. But still clients see you online and message are delivered. Status is automatically switchin back to online. - If you are signed in on a mobile device and one tries to accept an incoming chat, it often takes 2-3 minutes until one can answer the clients request. With this time delay a client is often gone from the chat.
