"Most Efficient and Affordable Customer Relation Manager System"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

Jivo try to implement and combine the best feature from over CRM managing system. If you need complexity integrity with less knowledge of coding nor support systems, Jivo Chat is the answer! Why, they integrate all platform you need with 3 steps; login to the platform and connect their engine. It superb easy! Why I am telling this, Im own startup and we need to integrate modern and new customer experience. I've been told about Jivo, with less than a hour, we successfully integrate Jivo Chat to all cross platform. Funnelling to a single app called Jivo. Now you know your visitor infos and can treat them as your friend.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

Well, all similar app have pros and con. Jivo Chat staffs treat me and my company as their new friend. I am personally just do not like when ticket support been delivered you will get someone else to assist you, In marketing and customer field, we have been study that we have to assist customer as their person in charge ,so the bounding chemistry will gained, rather transfer them to others. Even other supports still give their best shot to assist me, I just hope Jivo can make new feature to bound" the chemistry" with customer as they promises.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a tools who can act as a bridge and solve the "IT" problems. We are not a big company, just a startup ho trying to reach the customer with different way. Pricing (their plans), product (features), and Place (platform) its majority problem for similar apps. But Jivo Chat solve the problems like you share the problem with your friend. They know for sure what the best solutions for you.

"JivoChat the best program for online communication"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

We made a long evaluation about which live chat program to use and JivoChat is the one we liked the most, it is modern, updated, it adapts a lot to our website and company, and it helps us in the most important thing that is being able to communicate with our clients. or future clients to attend their programs, concerns or quotations.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

So far there is something we do not like about this program, we believe that it complies with everything it promises, it stays updated, it has very accessible prices and good support.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company needed a program to chat live (ON TIME), with any client no matter where it was or the time, with JivoChat we can do this easily, besides that you have excellent features that can not help to improve, like a system of calls, integration with Facebook Messenger that helps us to have everything in one place, record system or history about the chat and an option that allows us to see what the user writes before sending it, this is certainly very useful since we allows to develop a faster response or solution.

"We communicate with all our customers with JivoChat"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

In our company we needed a program that would allow us to provide fast and excellent communication in real time, in addition to being modern, current, easy to use and easily implemented on our website, this we could find in JivoChat, it is an online chat program that we do not love and that allows us to communicate with our clients no matter the country where they write us, with JivoChat we are always online.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

At the moment there is nothing negative that I can say about this program, it complies with what it promises, it has an excellent price (and a free plan), good support and in several languages (Spanish and English), it is modern, easy to use and install. JivoChat is very good in spite of the short time in the market and while it continues like this we do not have something negative to say.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

In what we benefit the most is the fast and fluid communication we have with our customers and those who visit our website and write us for a quote, question or assistance. Another thing that we have not benefited from is the easy and fast integration with Messenger, this great thing that allows us to provide response from that messaging through the JivoChat panel, this way we saved time and we can give immediate answers. We also use your mobile application, since it does not allow you to be online and respond from anywhere, and in any case at night we can leave activated the automated chat with answers already prepared for the most frequent questions.

What do you like best about JivoChat?

After our company made a great search for online chat programs, JivoChat was the best option we could find. It was easy to install and use, but the best thing has been its operation, since the main thing is to communicate with our customers or visitors on our website. We can use your ticket system to attend technical solutions and keep a record and reports of them.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

At the moment we do not have any complaint of this program, for us it has been up to everything it offers, it has good prices (I even have a free plan), in addition to having innovative features to be a program with little time in the market, it's worth using because of how good it is.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the most that has benefited our company has been in communication with our customers and future customers through chat in real time. This program has allowed us to communicate with people from different countries, always staying connected, because if we do not use the desktop version or the browser version, we can also use the mobile application that allows us to be online anytime and anywhere. Besides that it has an excellent feature that allows us to leave an automatic response system for the most frequent questions, this undoubtedly helps us a lot and offers us a great advantage in response time.

What do you like best about JivoChat?

In our company we take as one of our main pillars the importance of communication with the client and JivoChat understands us completely, this is a really effective livechat, easy to handle and very elegant, that adapts very easily in the pages in which implements, in addition to this as a means of communication between us and the client the conversation flows very fast and by this we mean that the entry and sending of messages is extremely fast and our users have said they are very comfortable with JivoChat since we implemented it, The best part is that it is for a very affordable price.

With JivoChat we are very happy to be able to say with bases that we have not had any problem or inconvenience that has been presented to us in the time we have been using it since it has done a great job, and in such a case of finding ourselves with an error we are willing to do a constructive criticism to contribute to the improvement of the service.

With JivoChat we have been able to solve many problems with its excellent service since as we have said before for us communication and customer service is of great importance but the real problem lies in what is the best means to achieve good communication, and With the arrival of JivoChat we realized that it was what we were looking for. Thanks to this we can answer the client practically instantly since not only the messages arrive quickly to us but also this one offers us a view of what the user is writing before we send it which helps us to think in advance about the answer that will be given, another of its great features is the automatic response that can be scheduled for when none of the customer assistance workers is available, which helps us a lot to control the situation in those cases while waiting someone who serves the customer, finally we could not stop mentioning their mobile application that helps us to serve the customer from anywhere without any problem.

"An alternative to create an effective communication bridge with customers"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

It is a very easy platform both to install and to handle and use, which allows me to interact in real time with customers and I can close sales much faster. It has an amazing design quite adaptable, being able to be compatible with mobile devices and It works with many operating systems, browsers and if desired through a mobile application. It allows me to enhance marketing actions, through timely calls to action and proactive messages.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

Since I have used it I have no complaints about the service. It is truly excellent and with a very satisfactory voice and video quality.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a tool that helps me communicate very fluidly with customers through different platforms such as email and social networks. It also allows me to monitor communications in the sales area because I can monitor the quality of service, through conversations between other vendors in my charge and the clients that are supporting it. It is also an efficient and safe way to disseminate information to promote the products or services offered by the company.
