Compared to other hosting providers in the market IONOS is the cheapest and still well-performing hosting I ever used mainly their UI is entirely different from other traditional providers which gives a refreshing look to managing your servers and domains

even though the UI is different and refreshing look, sometimes it confuses first-time users there can be some improvements in UX side

Generally excellent stacking time and quick reaction pace of the worker. Our landing page runs quick. The pre-introduced applications and augmentations are acceptable and accommodating.

They do not offer you any free trial version before buying the product, it would be good if they took this option into account.

When it comes to working with most hosting accounts, there is usually going to be a time when we run into problems that are either related to our website files or the configuration of items in our hosting account or DNS manager. If our websites went down, it would be a major hit for our business and outreach activities. 1&1 has done a good job at preventing that from happening.

IONOS is perfect for the company and individual, it has many options on its website, I can hire hosting, email and domain service, it has everything necessary to set up your professional website. When I buy a domain I can put it on sale with personalized IONOS information. Hosting has many functions, you configure everything from a panel with all the necessary functions, you do not need to be an expert to configure, but if you need help IONOS support works well. I use PayPal as a payment platform for Internet services, IONOS monthly discounts my PayPal services, when I make a complaint to IONOS they solve the problem quickly.

You do not have a live chat to solve problems quickly, everything has to be done by phone or email.

I have a website with IONOS, the bandwidth is excellent, I have no problems with this and the availability of the service is always active, there are no service outages. The email I consult from the IONOS page with built-in webmail.

1) IONOS server availability and speed is perfect, there are no interruptions in its services and the transfer rate is high, I can store any high performance page without any problem. 2) The IONOS control panel is all very complete, there are all the necessary options to configure your server at ease. 3) To be able to sell domains with IONOS. 4) The installation of WordPress is very easy and fast, within the hosting options there is everything you need to make your WordPress Blog easy and fast. 5) The customer service is very good, I can solve any problem that may arise by calling the contact number via email. 6) IONOS offers everything you need for a web page, email with built-in webmail, domain and hosting. 7) Creating email for any user is very simple from the IONOS control panel.

I do not like the limitation of databases, customer service is only in English for the United States, the control panel has many options and it takes time to learn all

IONOS personally is complete, has everything you need to set up and promote your company or business, on the IONOS website you find all domain plans, corporate email, hosting and much more. I use the IONOS predesigned templates to quickly set up my web page, or the WordPress service for personalized blog with user accounts and email. Domain sale, redirect web pages easily, understandable control panel, payment method by PayPal and TDC, migrate web page from other servers to IONOS, control many domains and email from the same panel, integrated webmail to send and receive Email with many protection functions and much more.

IONOS works perfectly for my needs, only two problems, there is no support service for Skype or another Internet platform and they do not speak Spanish in the version of IONOS in the United States.

Thanks to IONOS I have many domains contracted and all annexed to my TDC, I do not worry about the payments of my services since they are automatically deducted from my PayPal account. My users have access to their emails from the IONOS page, it makes my job much easier.

They made it really easy for us to build a website without any coding experience!

Falta soporte por teléfono en otros idiomas y diferenciar más la página IONOS en España y Estados Unidos, tengo confusión en cual entro, debería re direccionar automáticamente de acuerdo a mi nombre de usuario.

Tengo varios dominios y subdominios contratados con IONOS y me va perfectamente, un servicio estable y seguro, donde tengo todas las herramientas y soporte las 24h, con el plan de 25 correos electrónico todos en mi trabajo tenemos correos corporativos confiables y seguros con bastante capacidad para cada uno de ellos. 1&1 has great customer support to help us through technical issues. When we faced malware with some of our websites, 1&1 was surprising very knowledgeable about possible causes and solutions. Instead of search around online for solutions, we were able to receive direct answers or at least be lead in the right direction by talking to 1&1's support team. About the 1&1's service offerings, they offer generous amounts of bandwidth, server space and account features for relatively low prices. They have first-year domain registrations deals that are far below the price of many of its major competitors. Our hosting account has extensive administrative tools that allow us to effective manage our web files and domain names.

The second-year and beyond pricing for domain name registration jumps up quite a bit. Even though customer support can be helpful, using 1&1 to host your websites tends to require more technical knowledge compared to pre-built website platforms like Wix and Weebly. Customer support will probably not be able to help you through all malware infections, so you face more of a risk when creating websites in this type of hosting environment.

The online email reader and editor could stand enhancement. I would like to see the ability to create and manage email rules, including the ability to send alerts and notifications to my smartphone app. I would like to see better integration with Mac Mail, GMail and Outlook mail applications, both Internet-based and smartphone-based (Android and iOS).

I use 1&1 for web hosting, domain hosting, email hosting, and WordPress web hosting. I like the managed WordPress hosting for my small business clients that do not have an IT department.

1&1 Website Builder Plus is a good platform to build a website. Easy to set up, Easy to set up emails and good analytics giving you a basic overview. Easy to add images and logo's etc.

It has a slightly steep learning curve, also if you start a site and then want to apply another design, you have to delete the original site and start again from scratch. I really think they need to find a way to apply templates without losing content you've uploaded.

No need for the expense of an external designer, this saved the business money.

The user dashboard is easy to use and has a nice layout.

Altering or changing parts of your hosting can be clunky and sometime your left wondering if the change took place.
