I like that it alllows other people to view your screens and also listen in on your calls- but also allowing you to chat with the people and do a coaching or training for other employees to learn off of you. It makes things easy. Thgre are alot of nice features onn here making things easy for us to learn off each other and to be more assistance to train people, or just meet up to have conversation- it is easy to navigate and work as well which makes things easier.

I only don't like that the system does seem to bog everything down, or slow everything down alot. So the system I work with are running extra slow when I am working and can cause issues. I notice it isn't too bad when using only a few people in the meeting but if there are 4 or more then there is alot of lag and delay and does cause a bit of issues to be honest. It makes things difficult. There are some bugs that just neeed to be worked out.

We use this at my company to train other reps on the phones and allow them to see whats going on on the call while I am on the actual phone call allowing me to train them properly.

GotoMeeting is a great platform to use to share your screen and have multiple people on the call. Very user friendly

Easy to use & lightweight compare to available products in the market. Video conferencing experience is really good. Mobile app gives similar experience which is major differentiator with competition. Audio & Video quality is just perfect. Screen sharing works much better in recent update. We can have 250 people in meeting which gives it an edge. Presenter can control the meeting & invites. Presenter can mute & unmute all the participents. Realtime document sharing is also available in the product which is very much useful. Integration with Google Chrome, Google Calender maximise our productivity & saves a good amount of time.

New collaboration features are missing, like background image change & logo change. These are the necessary feature for today's world. Some times we need to switch manually to select right audio input & output. There is no trial option for new users, so can;t use for personal work.

I can attend meetings from any location on the globe. Always stay connected with business teams. It uses minimal internet bandwidth which helps to use the product with lower connectivity & remote areas. We can now record the meeting in good quality. In meeting Chat option is good when we want to discuss with specific people in meeting. We also tranfer the required files, PPTs during the meeting with presenter.

It is a relatively easy system to use as a trainer.

I wish there was more functionality for training rooms.

With Covid and the new work environment, we are more accepting of web based facilitation. I have been able to implement permanent training options using web based facilitation, even with going back into the office. Unfortunately, my work has moved some of us away from using this, but there are still many who do use it in the organization. I would love to go back to using GoToMeeting as our system of choice. I use it regularly to attend meetings with others in the organization.

I like GoToMeeting's easy to use and how you can have meetings with everyone without an issue. I use it occasionally for my construction meetings and I did not had any troubles when using this software.

I do not have anything that I do not dislike, but if I were to choose what I dislike I would say their logo. I don't think the logo is related to anything about meeting. It just seems out of place.

I am solving construction works with the GoToMeeting. Benefits are that I can mute/unmute myself anytime of the meeting.

This is the best product I've used for screen sharing

It is excellent software, I liked the quality of the conference audio, the image quality is optimal, I liked that I can share the screen during the meeting, it is a great tool, the software is very intuitive and it is easy to understand each option And each tool quickly, has a website and mobile application, I liked both very much, it is also very easy to enter the meeting, it is very useful to gather colleagues from the office.

It is a really great platform, it may have some details but they are minimal, in general terms it is excellent.

It is a favorable software in many ways, its use is also very versatile, I like that the management to organize the meeting is very simple, we save time in transfer and we can enter from anywhere, also the mobile application is really good, it is easy and Quick to enter the meeting through a link, it has screen recording during the conference, it is a software with many tools.

Truly useful and stable conferences platform and live calls tool to allow you to customize a lot. Easy to setup quick meeting with our sponsors. The session configuration utilizing the is the finest and gives much inspiration. So far, this is the greatest platform.

The video call frame ratio is very fine. It is very smoothly working while you are were on a call. You can text also to the organizer and whole team also during meeting.

Frontend is bit faded with no attractive colors. Slow working in busy network areas. Hand Raise option is good but need to be more prompt.

It is good video conferencing. It is good for organization meetings. It is good for handling distant clients by sharing them our presentation. We can share screen for presentation and demonstration.

It's incredibly easy to use for non-technical users! Anyone can quickly learn to use.

Lack of backgrounds for online meetings like Zoom. The mobile app could also have a better user interface. The screen share could also have more security features.

During the pandemic it made training users at my firm a simple solution from the comfort of their homes. Prior to Covid I would conduct training in conference room, this has eliminated the need to lea e one's office for training.

GoToMeeting has a very nice and straightforward interfce. It's simple, yet easy to use. What I like best about the software is the quickness and ease in which you can host conferences. GoToMeeting allows you to have a personal meeting room with you can use for multiple conferences. The URL for the room will remain unchanged, so once you distribute it with the participants, they'll be able to join when the conference is due on their own without needing to wait for you to share the URL. For more security, you can also tick the option to generate a password before each meeting, so that even those who have the URL will have to enter the password to join the conferences. This ensures that even if the URL gets leaked to unauthorized users, they will not be able to join the meeting unless you admit them. GoToMeeting can also be used on a browser and it supports one-click joining. So, participants aren't required to download the software on desktop or even have an account to be able to participate in conferences. I'm quite impressed with the conferences through GoToMeeting. Voice and video quality are always excellent and up to the expectations. I like that I can test my mic and camera before joining conferences, so if there is any technical issue with my mic not picking up my audio or my webcam not positioned properly, I can fix them beforehand.

The android application isn't very intuitive, but GoToMeeting is excellent on PC.

We use GoToMeeting for conferences at our organization. Its simplicity and excellence in performance are a huge benefit. GoToMeeting assures streamlined conferences without being demanding when it comes to CPU resources and data usage. Hence, we're able to use it comfortably for longer conferences and also when we need to collaborate on any given work. We're assigned many projects every month, and completing them while we're being made to work from home can be difficult when we cannot be there in person to collaborate. With GoToMeeting, this problem is solved for the most part as we can host meetings at will and use the screen sharing feature. In addition, GoToMeeting also supports whiteboarding, which has been of great help while strategizing and making charts and diagrams to plan how we want to proceed with the projects and tasks.

It is ideal for remote meetings, it has an excellent interface, I liked that access is simple and it is also easy to navigate, integration with other software such as Gmail and Outlook, I can share documents and it has live chat, I can also share the screen during the videoconference, it is excellent how fast and easy to share and enter the meeting, the desktop site is adorable.

Has fluency problems when there are many participants.

Being able to attend anywhere and at any time is a great benefit, also you do not need so many preparations to enter or to organize the meeting, the meeting administrator has many tools for comfort during the conference, he has good tools that allow the guests participate, it has excellent video quality.

GoToMeeting is able to link members from different parts of the world also the software offers both video calls and audio calls the enables linked members communicate effectively

sometimes downloading of the software takes longer than expected but you only have to do it once per device.

The ability to get IT support without having to wait for a tech to arrive on site speeds up the whole process.
