We needed a tool that would work as a central system for gathering feedback, suggestions and concerns all at once. One of our main requirements was to have a straightforward solution that would be easy to navigate and manage. But FaceUp exceeded all of our expectations by offering even more. It provided our employees with a quick way to reach out to the company management with anything they perceive as important, whether it concerns personal or company issues, and our management with a lean platform to work with the inputs.
At first we expected to discover more serious issues through FaceUp, however, it is rather a good sign that there currently are not any severe problems occurring. And in case they ever occur, we know we are covered.
Thanks to the clear structure of the administration, we have a simple yet effective process handling the reports we receive. We react almost instantly to what our employees share with us and are able to have an overview of our company environment, which further enables us to improve and maintain it. Additionally, the user-friendliness of the application and administration makes everything extra easy for both sides.

Technically everything works fine, but success depends on implementation. We need to convince people, that this channel is secure and easy to use. We give ourselves one year for evaluation. As we don't see any technical issues, the main KPI will be the number of cases coming via this channel. As we are just starting, our number of cases is zero except few tests. My evaluation is Technically 10/10 Economically - too soon soon to say anything

The story behind the platform. I like that by signing up for the corporate version we are helping kids in schools fight bullying. Plus it's very simple, secure etc.
They don't currently have as good a workflow as they could have. However, I have spoken to support and they have been showing new designs of the administration where they are improving it noticeably.

It´s difficult for some employees to save the code for answers and to check the answers when they don´t know exactly when it will be available. Where would be improvements: Maybe each user can have his / her private account on the site? Maybe to make it possible to insert some internal organizational rules on how to use the service on the sites?
We had only one problem with displaying the answers - the words were incorrectly separated at the end of the lines. But it was solved very quickly and now everything is all right.
Above all, I like the straightforward design and the ability to do everything in a few clicks. The responsive customer support, online onboarding and sample materials are also nice.
They could add a template for an internal directive in multiple languages... Although the system works in 70+ languages, not all materials are translated. But there is no problem, FaceUp translates everything one by one.
