Migrating accounts into Duda is always so very manual from other platforms. Some features from sites can be imported in, such as blogs out of WordPress. Still, it would be super helpful as we win over contracts to have solutions in place that can AI migrate an existing website in any hosted platform or other CMS directly into Duda. Agency partners take advantage of White Labeling, and I wish more work could be done to make it a private label. It's never a fun conversation with a client or competition should they find the exact toolset you use with Duda.

Duda is continually working on adding new widgets and features, and I like that they are so proactive in improving the product. I am able to speed up development, mockups for clients and go-to-live with the sites using this toolset vs. traditional coding in various platforms. One huge pain point I had to overcome and another reason I moved to Duda was that it is hosted in the cloud. I no longer have to lease hardware and worry about security patches and outages.

Having used other platforms, I have found Duda to be far superior and have no real dislikes. Duda have made a number of updates and improvements in the time I've been with them.

Being able to build responsive sites fast is a great benefit for me and my clients. It's also simple to train staff as well as training clients that wish to do some updates themselves.

Duda is very easy to work with. I've used so many other platforms before, but with Duda, I felt it was the right fit for my agency. I am growing every day as they are.

Few minor things about Duda that I wish you consider in the near future is, the mobile parallax if I said it right, where the image scrolls in a nice smooth way just like the desktop. The photo quality on the platform in general, is not sharp which i wish they focus on making it better. Other than that, I love it more every single day.

Drag and drop made easy. The staff at the help support is wonderful. I feel in power ever since i switched to Duda. I feel confident in delivering web design projects to my clients.

Duda is great for solo users but even better for freelance web designers and agencies as everything they do is aimed at supporting you to grow your business. There is unlimited flexibility within the web builder, there isn't anything I haven't been able to do. Compare this to other builders I've tried where I always hit a brick wall somewhere along the line with functionality in not being able to create what I wanted, not the case with Duda. They are also constantly improving and developing, adding apps, and making things even more feature rich. Their support is also incredible with live chat available to all Agency plan users.

Perhaps the only downside is the eCommerce functionality. If you're looking for a fully developed store with all the bells and whistles, they're not quite there yet. They currently use eCwid integration, but they have just released their own native eCommerce and I expect big things to come s they are now free to create an eCommerce of their own without any restraints. Give it some time and I know they will be competing with the likes of Shopify...

Supporting freelance website designers who are trying to grow their business and make it as beautifully simple as possible. They keep on top of Google updates and Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed and remove all the headaches associated with using other systems like WordPress where there is just too much ongoing maintenance like multiple plugin breaks and updates. Things I now take for granted are automatic website backups, managing customer payments and subscriptions, and just a super fast editor that makes updates a doddle - all of which save me so much time. One of the other great things about Duda is the ability to create custom widgets... so if there is something Duda hasn't got you can make it (or get it made). You also have full code access to any website for adding custom code.

Build times are reduced, so I can quickly produce a quality website for my clients. CMS security updates are automatic, thereby reducing my maintenance times.

With Duda, it is seamless to improve SEO through landing pages creation.

Hosting and domain registration is way too pricey.

I like the ease of building unique websites quickly and easily and the ability to manage our hundreds of client websites. We bring on dozens of clients per year and Duda allows to run our unique business model and provide quality websites to our clients. When there are issues, Duda's Chat support is quick and typically very helpful. When they can't help immediately, they always bump it up to a higher level support team and I'll see results fairly soon. Their tech team is on top of it and that's a huge reason to use the platform.

Having used a handful of web design platforms, including WordPress, Squarespace, and WebFlow, I hands down prefer Duda. My only complaint is the Ecwid eCommerce store built into Duda. It is needlessly complicated and far inferior to other standard eCommerce platforms. That is one area we do not recommend to our clients.

We bring on 2-6 new small business clients a month. Duda allows us to quickly design and produce fantastic websites and manage them all in one place.

The premade template (blocks) help tremendously in terms of building a website quickly. I also like the ability to copy blocks and use them on various pages.

I'd like to see more variety in the templates across various types of industries.

Duda is very easy to use. Their support is awesome and timely. The widgets and customizations that are available allow you to build most anything with a Duda website.

There really is very little that I dislike and I can't think of anything. If there is something, they work on changing it and making it better.

Build great-looking websites easily and efficiently. It helps my clients to not have to pay to maintain and keep hackers, unlike Wordpress websites. To me, paying for a Wordpress maintenance is ridiculous.

The Duda platform is easy to use and intuitive and makes completing projects easy. As far as the support team they have never let me down.

It would be nice to make it easier to find typos and specific incorrect words in the content throughout the sites easily.

Duda provides the ability to develop sites easily and provides us the ability to deliver sites quickly and affordably.

I like the flexible templates and the ability to drag and drop. They have made it very easy by showing both the desktop and mobile view and allowing you to edit in each.

The billing when you add sites. It sometimes get confusing. They may consider billing for partial month on current site and then full bill on regular due date.

I'm not sure there is a problem to solve - they are always adding new features.

I love its simplicity in building websites. The customer support is superb! Their staff is very knowledgeable and always gives you an alternative solution in case a feature isn't available or an issue can't be resolved. It's not an alternative to Wordpress. It's where you should switch to.

The blog section needs some improvement, particularly the layout. It needs to give its users the ability to create sections that are tied to dynamic data. Their collections area is awesome but it's not connected to the blog section.

Because of its simplicity, it's easier to build websites. It cuts a lot of production time. I love the section where you can have comments for clients and the internal team. Less back and forth on changes and provides clarity when things are being changed in the design. The white-label portion is excellent for branding. This has allowed us to strengthen our relationship with our clients and brand.
