Under single server, we can host multiple websites. It is easy to maintain databases and everything. If we host directly on cloud services, it will cost more for us if we host multiple websites
Only digital ocean server prices are low. I don't know if they are doing it wantendly as the digital ocean acquires it. The prices for linode, AWS also supposed to be lower.
We can host multiple sites under single server and scale it higher whenever we require it. It saves lots of cost for anyone who hosts multiple sites. It is recommended to use this platform.

The support is fantastic. Whenever I had a question or issue, the Cloudways team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. They even went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot some technical problems that I was having. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I'm not particularly tech-savvy, but I found it pretty easy to get my site up and running on Cloudways.
I'm sure cloudways is not perfect. However, I have not found and problems yet.

I like their speed and reliability. Their instant customer service mechanism is one of the best in the industry. In my opinion, I believe really going the extra mile to solve complex customer issues and handle them with care and touch.
I really have not seen any downside about Cloudways as such. I would love to add a point that does not increase prices as sometimes other big players offer discounts, which might hurt small bloggers and writers.
My viewer base has increased due to the cloud services of Cloudways and it is always uptime. I have rarely experienced any speed related issues with my site.My readers are always happy to visit my site and Cloudways has immense contribution towards that.
I have been using DigitalOcean directly for 4 years. After DO acquired CW, my customer success officer at DO recommended, based on how I use DO, that I should use CW. I gave it a try, and after a few months of good experience and excellent service and help from the CW staff, I can say: I thoroughly recommend CW!
hmmm.... I don't really dislike anything. They support me and help when I need the help and everything works. They even have a solution for email, which DO never did.
Mainly getting the servers optimized without me having to do it, and having support and a technical team behind me, so not all pressure and responsibility falls on my shoulders.

They do not have a Cpanel and this makes it difficult to move things at the beginning, there is a little bit of a learning curve if you are used to traditional hosting

There is no file manager on the platform
It's very easy to explain to clients that they don't have to pay any yearly fees. They love the fact that its pay as you go.
I was used to using a cPanel for over 10 years when I first used Cloudways about 2 years ago. While I still have a cPanel with another provider, all websites I host for clients are on Cloudways and I do all my development on staging sites on Cloudways. It's so very easy to use and has all the features necessary, plus there's the bonus of having clients have their email hosted separately from their website which is always beneficial & optimal. I've had to contact support quite a few times and they are always very helpful, even making changes to the database for me, saving me from accessing that myself. I love having a Base site application ready to go with all the plugins I use in my stack, my standard settings already done & pages created blankly, etc - ready to just clone that when I start a new site build for a client, saving me a lot of time each time. The interface is so easy to use and very intuitive and I love the addons, including the rackspace addon being able to offer a low cost domain to a client and the very low cost elastic email. Also love that I can clone a server and easily scale a server myself in the backend.
Occasionally I miss having a cPanel and DNS settings in the same place as server level backups, but I suspect that is from a long-time habit, not a necessity.
Hosting clients' websites with choosing different servers suitable for different website needs. Good support for when I have an issue. Both benefit my business both financially and time wise.
I like so many things about this system but best of all is the chat support. It's always outstanding, and I'm never left with a problem hanging, nor do I ever wait long for someone to sort out my issues. Other things I like are the simplicity and the speed of the system overall. My websites are never down and always load quickly.
If anything, it's probably the very small learning curve that's required from moving from cpanel based systems to cloud based systems. I wouldn't go back to cpanel now if you paid me.
There are many problems they're solving such as automatic backups, minimal site down-time, multiple website applications and additional add-on services like email and CDN's. The user interface is easy too, so that it's never a problem to keep track of all my websites and how they are running. They take a lot of the worry away from hosting and operating websites.
